3:38 you and me both girl! Same sentiment completely. I went back in 2020, graduated last august and just got my first big girl np job. Imposter syndrome is real but dont let not feeling ready hold you back! We’re more prepared than we think ❤

So exciting you are about to graduate, yay! My husbands boss's wife is an NP she said it is soooo much better than bedside she works at the VA. When I was in nursing school I was going to go straight to NP school, but nursing school traumatized me so bad so I kind of left my idea of going back to school. Now I am working bedside and I don't like the culture and how people act and do things, like you said its stressful. Long story made short I got to figure out what my plans are....

Love the video. Yeah, you are so right. Personally bedside nursing not for me. It is just too chaotic not only from patient load and short staffing, but the pressure from working environment and management. The politics is just too much. I applaud who stick it out and love it but I need another avenue of nursing service.

the culture really needs to change! to have been a nurse for 8 years and not seen any progress is disheartening. I'm happy to be leaving lol I hope you find something soon- keep me posted 😁
