Thank you Monica, these lakes were so beautiful it was hard to narrow the photos down.
Not being a fan of blue sapphire, sanding it definitely lifted the triangle taking away that flat look. A nice layout showing how you can use a layout in the catalogue to jump start your layout & in the end, you improved it by changing it up a tad!! 👍

Love the plaid paper strip. For me, what I appreciate about it is it grounds those tree dies. Gorgeous page.
Your are right, it does ground the trees, we can’t have floating embellishments. I’m glad you enjoyed the layout. These are fun to put together.

Forgot to mention the sage green background with the little chevron cutouts makes it so unique. Very pleasing colors and do so much enjoy you taking about the photos!

Dorothy, what brand cutter do you use to cut your digital downloads?
I’m not sure what Dorothy uses but I have a Cricut explore air 2 and I love it.

The stars were die cut using a Cricut machine from the SVG collection.
@@CraftyConceptswithErin are you talking about a Cricut machine that you program shapes in, you put paper in it and it cuts or some other item? I think you are way ahead of me! 🤩
@@jdskinner9 no worries, there are plenty of crafters way ahead of me! We all start at the beginning of this fun hobby. Yes the Cricut is a machine. You design the layout on the computer in a Cricut program called Design Space and then the machine cuts out all the pieces. You then assemble the layout and add photos.
