  • We had a little bit of time, so we inspected one of the dumpsters we got back from a 3 day rental and then sold some of the contents!
    (I own a dumpster business)
    I'll be honest - It wasn't a whole lot of money, but it was definitely some quick cash! Might have to do it more often.
    Hope you enjoy, make sure to like and follow!

    Careful crushing appliances with compressors, most people don't discharge them and if you don't state that you properly discharged them I know some Karen is gonna report you to the EPA for releasing refrigerants into the atmosphere. You can be fined up to 50k per incident. Anyways Love the videos :D

    Most of the furniture I pick up is particle board. I just leave it out in the rain and throw it away with my garbage. I really need to get an excavator for handling my junk. What I have found easy to sell is appliances that work, refrigerator shelves and icemakers, mowers and tools from garages and sheds. What you said is true about me and vehicles as well, never had anything new in fact I own nothing built in the 21'st century yet. Good job selling that junk, I need to know your secret! Karting can be fun I for one would like to see videos on it.

    That was turf builder fertilizer. Spread it around or it will really kill off the grass and nothing will grow there for years lol...ask me how I know.

    You for sure killed your grass (or bare spots) with that much of the orange stuff, it's a fertilizer and need a spreader. I've spilled some before and it takes awhile for anything to grow back in those spots.

    And if so, how do you keep track of your hours? Do you punch in and do you punch out? I’m sure the DOT even want to figure that out if you got out of the.😊

    that is crabgrass killer, you will likely have less grass in the entire area, it is supposed to be spread far! less than that. probably like a weed n feed, so you burnt the rest of the grass, aka killed it. cheetoo dusted it to well.....dust

    So I didn’t see how many garden pavers you had but I looked it up. Home Depot once will just call at three dollars a paver no wonder everybody jumped at your $75 for everything.

      Yea I priced those super low. Should of doubled if not trippled them. But I just wanted them gone

    Hey bud, if you were going to start over again with how much knowledge you have now what’s the go to gooseneck trailer and dumpster? I’m in Tampa Florida and wanting to do the same thing.

      Still maxxd for me. They are easy to find in my area, and the quality is there. Every dude will have his opinion, but it is heavily based on, demand in the area, ability to problem solve small kinks on any trailer, patience, and common sense. Maxxd has been good to me, while I've seen other trailers personally under perform significantly

    I noticed you don’t ever talk about hours of service now I know even if you’re a local company you’re limited to only 15 hours is 16 hours a day

    • @jasongrinnell1986
      @jasongrinnell1986 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      So everyone who works in Illinois limited to 15 to 16 hours a day? Or are you saying he drives in Commerce? If so I don’t see how hours of service applies if he is not hauling commerce.

    • @towtruckaj
      @towtruckaj 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Everyone is restricted by hours of service but unless he is driving over 100 aerial miles he doesn't have to log his hours, Which basically means he can lie his ass off and no one will ever know.

      if he don’t go through it, it would be someone like me. Trash dumpsters are fair game unless they’re parked somewhere that you’re not allowed to be. And even then sometimes we make it work.
