Ingredients:
500 grams - small and round aloo [ boiled ]
Water for boiling
1/4 tsp salt
Mustard oil as per required [ for frying ]
6-8 dry red kashmiri chilli
1/2 cup -cashewnuts
2 no. of tomatoes
3/4 cup curd
2 tbsp mustard oil
1 tsp sahi jeera
2 no. of dal chinni
4-5 no. of laung [ cloves ]
2 no. of tej patta
2 no. of hari elaichi
1 no. of kali badi elaichi
2 no. of dry kashmiri red chilli powder
1/2 tsp hing , 2 no. of onion chopped
2 tbsp fennel seeds powder
1 tsp ginger powder
1 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1/2 tsp haldi powder
1/4 cup hot water
curd paste
Fried small aloo
salt to taste
1 tsp- kashmiri methi
Fresh coriander [ chopped
