Thanks to the increased range, Citroën strengthens its claim to meet the mobility needs of customers, while maintaining its optimum range and cost-oriented approach. The strategically determined battery size and 100 kW fast charging function offer versatility while also supporting a competitive price positioning. Both electric models combine the interior space and in-cab handling features of the C4 and C4 X models with internal combustion engines with the advantages of the electric powertrain.
The ë-C4 and ë-C4 X provide a range of over 400 km according to the average WLTP cycle with the support of a new electric motor. The engine and battery of the new electric powertrain systems are designed to be more efficient and take advantage of significant technological advances. The permanent magnet synchronous electromotor is replaced by a 115 kW or 156 HP hybrid synchronous electromotor (HSM). Therefore, 15 kW (20 HP) of additional power is provided. Standard features such as a heat pump with humidity sensor are available for high energy efficiency in heating and cooling. The 18-inch A+ energy class tires reduce rolling resistance and minimize energy loss due to friction. The C4 X silhouette extending to the tailgate reveals a fluid and dynamic profile that optimizes aerodynamics.

The new electric motor of the ë-C4 and ë-C4 X is equipped with a standard single-phase 7.4 kW integrated charger, compatible with all usage requirements and charging solutions. In addition, the ë-C4 and ë-C4 X can be charged from 20% to 80% in 30 minutes with 100 kW fast charging (DC).
Suitable for daily use, ë-C4 and ë-C4 X offer an accessible electric transportation solution that meets different travel habits. The new and more powerful 115 kW (156 HP) electric motor and new 54 kWh battery, which will be offered with the top-of-the-line Shine Bold in both ë-C4 and ë-C4 X models, provide more driving pleasure, range and versatility.
Both electric solutions live up to the promises of Citroën's ë-comfort concept. The smooth and comfortable driving feeling provided by the engine without vibration, noise and exhaust fumes; It supports Citroën's signature Advanced Comfort features, including innovative suspension and seats. Fluent and enjoyable driving without gear changes is supported by fast-response driving characteristics thanks to the instantly available 260 Nm torque. Belíssimo!!! De negativo só a triste abertura da mala traseira que deveria ser igual ao C4, isto é, deveria abrir totalmente como um verdadeiro Fastback e não ter aquele tristonha e envergonado buraquito apenas!!
Neste aspecto nota negativa para os desingners da Citroen.
