Hey guys! HyRoolLegend coming at you guys with another video of Cookie Run Kingdom. We have gotten our latest new Epic Cookie, Butter Roll Cookie! He may be simple yet he seems pretty darn good and useful in many areas for many different players. Here is my first review in PvE Section, PvP Section, and Guild Boss Battle as well! It’s good to have simple for once. The power creep in the game has been sucky. Needing cookies to do 100 things to keep up isn’t good for the game. Neither is the walls and essays of skill descriptions

Like most games, it starts out seemingly being for kids. Tweens and such (like my kid). Then older people eventually start playing, ones willing to drop $$ on it. Then the game shifts to target their payers and what they want instead of their majority users. But adults often move on after a little while and eventually the game collapses because the devs get greedy and make it impossible for the non-payers to truly be competitive.

I miss the simple abilities, and some abilities are so unesscesarey like dmg resist bypass and stun is useless now since everything is apparently stun immune??
Looking at his skill description feels refreshing, simple and small description...atleast now I can focus and read unlike the long essays that cookie skills are getting these days, I just don't bother reading all that
Wouldn't it be nice if there was a sample video of skill preview like magic candy skills and those ones in cookie wars ?
He's actually very very very good for beast yeast hard mode and master mode, I've tested him and his atk spd decrease and atk decrease effect from him is very good to control the enemies from attacking too much and one shotting you team :p✨
So i can say that butter roll is made for pve :3🌠

Well, stills usable on pve
Well he's pretty useful if you use him though, like a counter to triple dps comp in arena and a slow team comp. He's also a good replacement if you don't have snow sugar mc for rvd, so try him out first before you make an assumption that his not good

@@Fallenstar_715 i already have him 2A, im bot saying he's bad cause I never mentioned it, I'm just pointing out that he ain't really that worth it and game changing, yes he's usable because almost all new cookies are like that but let's be honest here, there are a lot of better choices

@@Nina-xo555 True, but not to the point that they don't have a niche in other game modes. Seems pointless to me. He's just your slightly above-average cookie. Not good enough to be in the current arena meta, guild boss meta, or event mode meta. He's just good enough in pve.
His only good use is for new players, besides that he shouldn't be used anywhere else

Something to note is that Frost Queen with CJ, Golden Cheese, and a lot of other newer cookies have a note in their skill description that states that they’re unaffected by Attack Speed Changes while using their skill. So the Attack Speed debuff on its own might not be as impactful as expected against some teams
But Butter Roll may or may not ruin your Creme Brulé's victory since he is VERY dependant on the atk speed
@@flamadeangel He’ll be Debuff Immune the majority of the time from BC/Fin anyway, and if you have a way to remove that you’d much rather just attack him directly with big burst. There are already a lot of countercomps to CB now so it’s not really needed
It’s interesting that his skill groups up the enemies instead of just doing aoe damage. Maybe that could help bring back aoe cookies like sorbet and caviar
His skill is like mozzarella, simple yet effective!
I found a good team for him: Him(full almond), Financier(full choco), Snow sugar(choco), Frost queen(choco), Snapdragon(choco)

@@miamoon-8206He is joking, snapdragon can’t run any other type of toppings since he can’t take damage (damage resist) and can’t attack (attack toppings) so choco is the only option

he does so well in guild dragon, attack down is so good.
Guess what ? Not only did I get him after 20 pulls, but I also got elder faerie cookie via butter roll banner. I even got some of his soulstones to promote him and reached the milestone to promote him one more time. I also got frilled jellyfish cookie and black pearl cookie. But that's not all. I instantly woke up icicle yeti cookie twice and got them to 3 stars. My luck was wacky yesterday.
Base on the skill description i think butter roll is good in Pvp with a brulee and snap on the enemy,snap and brulee are op in Arena rn.
i had problems with high level triple dps (i'm f2p in elite 2) bc of high dmg but bc of butter roll finaly my cookies doesn't d1e in one hit
he's simple. but i rlly wanted charge to be meta (burnt cheese is the only one carrying it), hopefully dark cacao gets buffed

I'm using FQ, Yeti, elder fairy, lily and brulee, with watch, whistle feather, chocolate on elder and Yeti, rasp on the rest and it's working well for me

I am honestly gonna max ascencion him I currently have him3 stars as a F2P and he is honestly been pretty useful with my Golden cheese, fettuccini, White lily, and pure vanilla comp. This comp has been carrying me to be honest also I got moonlight legendary cookie should I build her and how do I build her
On paper he seems like a great counter for creme brulee and elder fairy. Might also be good for a solo alliance team.
I hope that these kind of cookies can be more popular, like in the case of Fig, they can just increase the single dmg scale from 350% to 1050% 😂 Then she’ll be madness

Depends on whether you want to get back into meta, it’s a bit complicated right now and most new cookies are the ones meta. They are also pretty hard or annoying to build.

Not always but it can work if used properly. The reason being that creme brulee has debuff immunity from both financier and brunt cheese

I feel like hes a good pair with stardust :0!! Because butter roll will suck them in and then stardust gives the sleep debuff and then i think elder faerie fairy would use his skill or frost queen would use her skill to eliminate them

Ever heard of skill cool down and stuns/interruptions? It isn't always perfect,you'd need a good synergy for a good result
