    Although i'm searching for something else in the back, it's good to know as I can now locate the SSD and remove it. I'm trying to fix the laptop not turning on. Power light on, button light on. It slowly turned on in the past like after a few hours. The time never stayed the same while switched on and running but kept the time while it was off strangely. Now it's just not turning on but with the lights on. Tried disconnecting the battery. My screen has been cracked on the corner since Feb 2020 anyway so it might be time to buy a better laptop if there is one

      regarding your question: remove the battery and charger and press and hold the power button for 30-60sec then remove the rams:
      th-cam.com/video/eExsYlkFbGg/w-d-xo.html
      then press and hold the power button for 5-10sec then place the rams and battery and charger and power on and wait 5-15sec and you should get boot logo.
      else you will need to take it a repair shop for a diagnosis

      thank you for the feedback , i really home that the m.2 dont move a lot as it can slide side to dice and the pins will make a short, try not to bang the laptop in the bag pack as it can move the ssd to side and the pins will short.
      im glad its working for you :)

      I've done the same. I put a heatsink pad on top of the SSD and although the metal cover easily pops off, once it's all assembled and the bottom cover in place, it was fine and has been working flawlessly for two years.

      your max GPU temps should be at very high 80-85c

    That's not M2 SATA Drive. It's M2 PCI-E gen 3 x2 (it's written on disk) with B+M key. It is NVME drive.

    • @uFixTek
      @uFixTek  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Yes you are correct it is a nvme slot and gen 3 and you can place up to 4TB drive without any issues, we have upgraded for clients.
