I update a flash drive with my memories every time I switch carriers or upgrade phones or whatever else. I had one "Oh shit" moment when I swapped carriers because my pictures were backed up to one of the old carrier's backup and I didnt remember if my google account had synced with it or not, luckily it had, but that was after a pretty rough loss for me and I wouldve lost my mind if I lost the only pictures Id ever be able to have of my girl before she passed, so now I have 2 storage app things along with saving to a flash drive just in case something goes wrong with the apps.

Cortisol is rushing through your body all of the time and then when you get really upset about something...your body goes into full survival mode and your body functions just shut down for a bit.
