    Bilang isang anak ng magtataho, nakakatuwang tingnan si ninong Ry. Dahil nakikita ko si papa gumawa ng taho and sobrang dali lang hahaha di ako basher ha pero gigilingin lang naman ang soya beans then after nun pakukuluan tas lalagyan ng Calcium Sulfate tas that's it taho na. Then naaalala ko nung elementary kami since papa nga namin ay magtataho alam din namin ang paggawa ng tokwa at nakakagawa na kami that time ng tokwa, tirang taho lang sya at dudurugin ng kamay yung taho tas pakukuluan. Tama si ninong dina kailangan ng molder ginagamit namin dati punda or pag madaming taho sako hahahah tas ilalagay sa ilalim ng plywood tas iipitin ng isang timba ng tubig hahahaha

    That tokwa is basically a blank canvas. If tofu ang alternative natin sa meats, pwede din siguro ninong sa point na you're about to form it, since nabanggit ni Alvin yung flavor, baka nga pwede pasukan na ng flavor yan. Garlic powder, onion powder, paprika powder, salt, pepper, sugar. Simple flavored tofu na yan, diba? Pwedeng pwede gawing next content!😅

    ninong yung sapal/pinag pigaan ng soy beans pwede po sya timpalahan at gawing lumpia..lalagyan mo lang sya ng konting gulay na kumakatas gaya ng ginadgad na carrots o kaya sayote..para syang lumpiang gulay..masarap sya promise

    Ninong kaya medyo may asim ung tokwa sa market kasi ung tubig nun may halong TAWAS.
    reason kung bakit may tawas ung tubig para hindi magbago ung kulay ng TOKWA.

    Exactly what I felt when I made tokwa years ago. Half kilo tas prang isang slice lng na kasing laki nung kay Ninong Yung nagawa ko hahaha. Not sure what went wrong pero sobrang sarap din ng tokwa na yun

    Mas mainam po yang pakukuluan muna pag tapos i blend kase may natitira papong katas yang beans, at magagamit para ipakain sa alagang hayop yung sapal, gaya ng baboy o mga pato. At ang pag gawa naman po ng taho pag medjo nag yellow napo yung soy milk, sasalain nyopo tapos habang mainit papo yung milk saka nyopo yan lalagyan ng calcium sulfate/calcium powder dipende nalang sa inyo kung lalagyan nyodin ng casava powder.😊 Pag lamig po nung soya milk namay calcium buo napo yan, yan napo yung taho

    Ninong ry. I am starting to use wok. Pero hindi ko alam ang mga do's and dont's.. madami nagsasabi bawal lutuin sa wok ang ganito at ganyan.. pero may mga nag sasabi naman na kahit ano pwede lutuin sa wok..

    Sir ahm.... Nagawa po ako ng soya milk taho at tokwa ah... advice kulang po na may blender kanaman po hnd munapo kailangan ng pang guling sa binamad na soya ahm... Pag giniling muna pusya sa blender yung gagamitin mo na tubig dapat kumukulo tapos po dun mo ibubuhos yung giniling na soya para maluto yung soya saka mupo sya sasalain tapos po may sodium kayo pampa tigas para maging isat kalahating kutsyara na soduim sa isang kilong soya para po mas ok para maging taho tapos po pag maging taho napo sya dudurugun mupo sya tapos papa kuluan pag kumulo napo sya saka saka mupo sya ilalagay sa kahoy na hinulma namay katsya dadaganan mupo sya ng mabigat hanggang dalawang oras sir promis good ang tokwa at hnd sya madaling mapanis kht na hnd mo ilagay sa ref saka makinis ang tokwa at mabango 😉

      Ayaw nya po nang ganon. Sabi nga nya, ginawa nya channel nya para matuto tayong magluto, at gumawa ng sari sariling version at hindi tayo makulong sa isang recipe. Sa baking lang po sya nag bibigay ng measurements.
