Hey friends!
Come spend a relaxing Sunday with me as I have a reset Sunday after a busy work week. I show you my devotional time and do church online as I spend the day relaxing. Sometimes, we just need a day without leaving the house or speaking to anyone. This was one of those days.
Mental health isn’t linear, and life isn't all sunshine and rainbows. It’s important to share the tough and bad days with the good.
I openly share my mental health journey and how I'm getting my life back on track after walking away from an abusive relationship. I became a Christian in 2019 and share how my faith helps my mental health. I have a blog, podcast and TH-cam channel.
