@@GCITurf How do you compare Exmark to Toro being Toro owns Exmark? I just got the Toro Grandstand to add to my fleets. Was going to do the Bad Boy Revolt till seeing your videos as well as seen many issues of parts and service, I have called 3 places that have dropped Bad Boy from there shop... Sad cause they seem to have great potential.
The bolts on the front casters are meant to come out so you can grease them Several manufacturers have gone to the bolt on the casters because the grease zwerk were getting broken off when running the front end under trees or whatnot. We just have a special attachment for our grease gun.
Oh man, I’m so pumped for these reviews! I run toro, but there’s a really great exmark dealer in my area. I do like all the attatchments for the toros tho.
At 9:57 when you referenced the front caster wheel bearings, the recommended service per Exmark is 500hrs or yearly. Those screw type caps unthread and a grease zirk can be threaded in for service.
I know I have said this in a few comments. Lay the oil catch container next to deck. Get a 12" funnel put the exit end I. The drain pan and lay the funnel on the deck with oil tube inside and drain baby drain!!
In the mid 2000’s, exmark was absolute king of the turf. They set high standards years ago
I’ll agree 100%. I still have a 2000 model Exmark walk behind (not for sale). Hands down it’s the BEST cutting mower I have ever owned to this day.
