You put yourself out there and produced a solid review that will make/influence purchase decisions; at least for me. I’m ordering one and if it fits my toilet (marine head), probably order a couple more.
Just ordered one of these primarily because the Wife is probably going to need shoulder surgery soon. I can already see an enhancement that would be nice. Since it’s so customizable it would be nice if there was a way to configure for multiple users. Then you just press “your” button and it knows what your favorite settings are.
Thanks for the tremendous demo. I purchased the Bio Bidet HD-7000 ... However, I will return it to Home Depot because we aren't satisfied with it. We love the UV on this and more powerful water... etc . Kudos!
Might I recommend using a clear plastic shield to lay on top of the toilet, so we can see the water jet in a action? We can't really see anything with you sitting on it (thankfully) 😂

The hole in the seat looks so small, does it take some time to maneuver your tush to get it in the right place? I have a Brondell heated toilet seat and when I first installed it I was surprised at how small the actual opening where you sit was. No lighted remote would bother me for night time trips, having to turn on a light to see what you are doing.
No. Seems small to look at vs the standard elongated but is more than roomy and you can't sit back too far. Would be nice if the remote was lighted but the buttons are big enough that you can find them with very little light or just feel them as there are only 5 on the front and two on the top and you will know what does what with your eyes closed after a few minutes.
The 2000 has a hybrid hot water system. Meaning it has a reservoir at the ready then unlimited hot water. Versus this has no reservoir, thus a little ambient temperature water at the start. Two conflicting statements now from this review.

can the auto lift feature (sensor) be for both the lid and the seat or just the lid?

Why do you say it’s more powerful when the manufacturer YT vids say it’s 10% less powerful than the 2000 in water pressure?
