This is the proposed Abuja Industrial Park. It is one of its kind in Nigeria. When constructed, it will be employing scores of thousand people directly and others thousand of people indirectly.

This plan is quite amateurish. I'm surprised they didn't include tall fences and large gates because we fence everything in this country including libraries(like who's going to rob a library and isn't people stealing books a good thing? 😂 ). Fire management system (fire hydrants)? Poor design if you ask me.

True. They can't put residential building next to a Power Plant. Only if it is clean energy they use like solar or wind
