It is not Muzaffarnagar, but Muzaffarpur in Bihar. Curzon Wylee was not A bureaucrat. Rule of East India Company

Surath spit made extremists out of INC- crct. but the fst statement is not being explained by second. The moderates ideology was lost as they accpeted the ideologies of extremists in the pre surath secessions. thi is the reason as you told. not the spilt . Pls correct me. Thanqq
I think answer should be D , as moderates were very much a part of india's freedom movement and the Lucknow pact recognizes the fact that moderates were there and merged with extremists .
