      Getting into a sport after not doing it for years is SO fun! I just started ice skating again and rollerblading too, all of which I loved doing when I was younger

    Great video. I love that you keep the exercises simple. Subscribed!
    I know most people work with limited space, but I would like to make a suggestion: If at all possible, try to do these in an area as clear as possible of objects (dumbells, barbells, chairs, stools, etc) that you DO NOT wish to land on, should you trip while exercising.

    Great exercises but that wonky dartboard and my OCD aren't on good terms.
    On a similar note dimes aren't easy to come by in the UK. Can I turn on a different coin?🙄
