Super excited for you guys! In regards to posing room vs more equipment, a posing room can double up as an impromptu staff meeting area, staff training, guest speakers, small group and larger group fitness. Basically having a spare function room is a creative opening for you guys

Wow you guys are amazing opening up another gym while brands in the US including Gold's Gym, 24 Hour Fitness and the owner of New York Sports Club all filed for bankruptcy. Since the competition will be less maybe you guy can go big and offer franchises in Canada hey maybe even expanding to the US.

Sick location. I’ve opened up 8 new 20,000 sq ft plus clubs. February is going to be tough for opening date,, maybe April but, Canada is different than CA! That’s a phenomenal building! 💪🏼👊🏼

I think the only issue with having a kitchen by the gym is the smell it would create good or bad throughout the whole gym
I'm pretty sure it's going to be enclosed with exhaust fans like restaurant kitchens. Plus the fact that it is a massive space, I am not sure how far that "smell" can travel.

Posing room is a nice idea.. but it is just dead space when not being used, even the posing room at Golds sits empty and unused for the vast majority of time. Build the gym then figure one out after but more equipment is better for the majority of your members.
The premise of their business model is tailored to bodybuilding though, look at the bulk of the athletes they endorse for HD. Would be foolish not to put it in for further social media growth. Half natty lighting baby.
@@TingBunna I train at Golds.. or I used to when it was open and obviously the Mecca is famous because of bodybuilders, but the bulk of the members are not bodybuilders and the posing room sits empty not generating any money. When you don't own the building and are paying rent ever square foot counts.. HD Muscle should purchase a building and not rent

I have an idea. Make HD supplements affordable. Or find a way to make shipping up US cheaper.
They have an agreement to have their products in Popeyes everywhere. The drive these guys have leads me to believe that you will be able to buy products in American supplement stores as soon as its feasible. For myself in Canada I finally get a cash break on supplements. Bonus is that regardless of cost you're getting high quality. Don't mind paying a little extra for high quality products.
We have a USA warehouse ready come February so it will be much better for Americans
