Such a cool technique Dee. The one thing Ive always heard from fellow Citra Solve artists is, it's best to use either older N. Geo's, or the newer ones. And I can never remember which it is! At some point, I think around the 1970's NGeo changed their printing techniques and they turn out even better...just cannot remember of it's older or newer ones! Thanks for this info! Let us know...if anyone out there has heard this answer.
Thank you for a head up fifi, for friend deam video, i so enjoyed the citrasolve NatGeo, i have never heard of, but hey, it is how i am learning many things, i wont never leave home until spring..., lol. But sounds fun to give this a whirl.
Great video Dee. I have seen other videos that show how to do it but this is the most controlled and least messy. I like that. I made it once and brushed it on. I did the whole magazine. I ended up with too much of the dark melted ink and only a few pages I was happy with. Thanks for showing us your method. You got great results. I think I will try it again.
Hi Sally, Thank you. I love how the pages turn out. That is the ‘problem’ when the whole magazine is done.. Also, you waste the Citrasolv on pages that just have writing, and ads. Which ads could be good. Your so welcome. Glad I could share this with you. Do a video when you get yours done.
Thank you for the tutorial...i have never seen that done and the results are stunning. You explained the process vey well. I hope to try it. Tfs. Kathy
