Nice job on comparing both models! I bought the Maisto version for $8 in an antique mall store. It is in quite good shape but missing both ext mirrors so I am in the process of building them. I agree with your comments that the Maisto looks more accurate to the real car while the BBurago looks more like a modified version for better display as a model. Overall, I prefer the Maisto version. Thanks for sharing the video.

Beautiful cars. Thanks for putting this together and providing some background on the car.

2:55 that is a wrong statement. The EB110 was initially designed by Gandini and he incorporated a lot of design elements from the Maserati Chubasco concept car which was made public during the same time. If you compare the two cars, you'll see a lot of similarities between them.

    Great comparison!
Some other versions of these entry level models include Anson and Majorette (I believe the Majorette may have been a French rebrand of the Anson version). It probably falls somewhere in between the two. One cool feature is that you press the rear license plate and it acts as a release for the spoiler to rise (eject) up. Cool to hear about these variations. I may have to grab a Bburago and try applying the waterslide decals to make a LeMans inspired version (the Bburago race version doesn't seem too common). Top tier would be to grab the AUTOart SS racing version but that'll be down the road for me :)

Wow , that's a great comparison between the Maisto and Bburago at 1 1/18 scale Bugatti EB 110 and they are looking fantastic and very detailed . Thank you so much for sharing my friend and have a great Sunday !🎩👌🏻🏅🏆👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🤝🏻

i think your maisto is just a dustier and older model while your bburago is in near mint condition. if a near mint maisto eb110 could be found, i'd recommend that over the bburago because of the more accurate wheels with the EB centrelocks, the black trim around the rear windows and the better looking interior

Great comparison !! I have three Bburago eb110s (1 Red Thailand one, 1 LM Livery China one, and 1 Red Italy one.) Though imo, now the Maisto one is arguably rarer than the Bburago one. Also, I am still searching for the Maisto Dauer EB110.

Thanks for watching! That Dauer EB110 is really hard to find. I'm planning on replacing my Maisto with an Autoart SS in the future

I think if you were comparing the cars without looking at the real car they both look quite good but the paint on the Bburago is a lot better than the Maisto model.

Maisto is toy quality. Burago is display quality.
Maisto's wheels poorly positioned under the wheel arches is a deal breaker

I wish you didn't sniffed each 20 seconds.

I agree with that. Couldn't listen with headphones on, pretty much lost interest after that.
