However,our ability to focus is not infinite .So, I have decided to watch videos and podcasts of a very select few around 4-5 youtubers based on the quality of their content and you are one of them. So keep making top class content in the future also.Lots of love and respect.
One additional thought- Some feel sleepy reading..so rather than morning, having reading routine at night will actually help early sleep too..im a musician n if i listen to music at night ,my mind becomes too active n my sleep is gone..So i always listen to music after i wake up and read before i sleep..Earlier listening to music would end me up sleep late n in turn have a late morning..I analysed and changed the habits..Now i sleep early with reading and after i wake up my brain becomes super charged listening to music..It is also about self awareness of what habits suits you best
