Thank you for this!!! I just watched 3 videos of guys jerry rigging top down setups. This is so cool. New subscriber here praying that your channel grows and becomes wildly successful!
Like this rig but have the same concerns that you have, so I'll be looking for something similar but with those changes. Would also like if the legs extended to floor
Take a look at this other rig, NEEWER Overhead ST100: amzn.to/3N2wA3e This one is on my radar. It doesn't have the built in light, but you can use external lights.
can you flip the center camera portion so that the camera is above the top giving you more reach? As in is the center vertical bar reversible to give you an extra bit of height if needed? If it is not, that seems like an easy modification that could be made. Great overview this was very helpful!
Not sure but it could possibly work. Here’s another overhead rig (with no light) by the company Neewer that allows you to adjust the height. amzn.to/49Cn2Vp
I like this setup. One concern is that there is an east to west bar of light on the item you are showcasing. I do tutorials and flip throughs of folios, journals and that streak of light might bother me. It seems expensive for 3 legs of aluminum and some attachments. I would probably spray paint mine pink.😉 Love your video stylings, however.
At first, I didn't think I was going to like it, but now I found myself using it almost every day. I mainly use it to take pictures of electronics or action figures. Surely not for everyone. I'm glad my video was helpful. Thanks for the comment.
@@Michelangelo.077 It's not "off the table" yet. I am considering another, larger one for less money and no built-in light but it may be overkill. This may be the right size. Need to buy a camera first (using a cell phone to make mediocre videos-ugh.)
@@Michelangelo.077hat additional equipment is needed to install a mobile phone? Is the light attached directly? Do I need to install a fluorescent lamp myself?
@@markthackeray9408 no additional equipment for the phone. Two versions available, One with a light and one without the light. For basic shoot the integrated light works just fine but I personally prefer using additional lights for more professional shoots.😀👊🏼

Great video thank you! Do you think this rig would be a good options for lighting various angles in order to take pictures of handmade cards?
Absolutely! You may need some additional gear for additional lighting.

Thanks for the review. I am also looking at another brand.Audio is fine.
Thanks. Neewer makes some good ones too.

I want to know specific information about the adapter of the product, such as input and output.

Thank you.

This looks like exactly what I've been looking for. Thanks for sharing this!
You’re welcome! I’m glad you found this video helpful. 😀
Looks good but it is a pitty about the height.
It would have been a nice feature to have. This one from Neewer does but is missing the lighting feature amzn.to/3N2wA3e
@@Michelangelo.077 No doubt it would increase the price of the unit but RGB lighting would be a huge plus but not a deal breaker.
Thanks! Your video style is great!
Thanks @@BlackAngusReviews I’m glad my video was of value to you.
Yeah! Looks like a product I need but didn’t know about it 😂
I use this rig everyday now. The integrated light actually looks pretty good. 😀👊🏻
Thanks for this great video!
You’re welcome! Thank you for watching. 😀👍🏻
By the way, is the LED LIGHT replaceable?
I don't think so but I'm sure there is a creative way to replace it.
Great tip.
