Excellent session. As it relates to music Kranium did a great job of delivering how a label works vs how a song works, how to work and make the song work for you. All these upcoming artists need to understand the matrix of the music business. Trust me this will fly over a lot of people head. The new artists need to do their research so they can represent themselves and their bran effectively and get the best results. They need to know it’s a number era!! Right deh so!! Winford can’t help himself to ask the questions as if he is the interviewer lol but that’s his passion shinning. At the 26-minute and 30-second mark, Winford emphasized that Africa has become the primary market for Dancehall and reggae music. I think the problem with the artists in these genres charge high booking fees, making it difficult for the promoters in this part of the world to hire them for any shows, hence no impactful presence in the region.
