i totally do. this is my last of the day video always, and then i peacefully go to sleep. this is such a refreshing change from hyper loud sensory overloading videos.
I have a client who’s nails grow very similar to these. They have always been my biggest challenge to work with. I absolutely love seeing how another tech works with them ❤
omg yes! my mother-in-law has these types of nails but mine grow down and idk what to do with them besides cutting them or keeping them relatively short
She has videos on how to fix them. You can use product to lift them or cut them and do extensions. I have the same problem and I just lift them with product and file underneath with my efile.
Ski jump nails can be a source of embarrassment for some, but they’re more than just a cosmetic concern. They can be an indication of nutritional deficiencies, thyroid problems, or even heart disease.
Oh Tatyana they turned out so beautiful im glad you fixed the shape.and now your cluent has beautiful hand's...I have ski jump nail's and not being a tech I use the Apres system...work's well for me 💜
In my opinion stylization like this will only make the problem bigger. Nails will grow even more higher Maybe flexy tips would work here? Did you try it?
i don't know! the flatness of her nailbeds on some nails seems like it would suggest otherwise. i had a friend who had nails like these, and they tended to have the flatter nail beds of all of her nails. but that;'s just one example and i find this idea compelling
It’s an interesting way, I find the easiest way with the most longevity is to cut the natural nail free edge off and sculpt.. there is no need to keep the natural nail. But it’s a good technique!
my ring finger has the most upward curve tho it isn't really prominent, just more so than my other nails, and i have to be so careful to not overfile the sidewalls on those nails. didn't really put two and two together until your comment, though
I’ve noticed that the voice over person isn’t fully aware of what tools you use during your videos. In this particular video, at the removal stage, a medium abrasion carbide bit isn’t being used; a red band- fine abrasion is being used
Over fill the top to give it structure then file from the bottom until it is parallel to the nail bed. In essence you will be creating a new nail bed from above and removing the nail that grows downward. Many videos online if my description didn't make sense.
Very bad shape...it did not help at all..and still look ugly :/ Just cut them off and give them new fresh beautiful and safe lenght and shape. Whatever customer says... It is your work so it may be professional...
How awful to be born with nails that grow that way. Very ugly. I still recall in high school, many decades ago, seeing a girl whose nails grew that way and I'd never seen such a thing. You'd also think it would make side cracks and breaks even more common.
No it looks so ugly I hope it is a joke. They pick-up and it's dangerous they Will brake for sure. There is no apex. The parralel are not respected. No it's not professional at all. You do better habitually. Is it just to have vues !? Sorry for m'y english I am french
To whoever does your voiceovers: I could listen to you read the dictionary and fall asleep. Your voice is so soothing.
The voice artist is linked in her description!
@@lexip24 Thanks! I totally missed that!

Please do a video with nails growing upwards and applying product underneath, like you suggested in the video. I would love to see that technique!!
yes please ❤
I absolutely love the relaxed vibes and the unique nails. Seeing corrective processes on nails is so fascinating.
Just what I needed at 4am while feeding my newborn ❤
Enjoy that moment!!
Girlll ikr, been saving videos for those early morning feeds when my twins wake up at the same time
I'd love if uu could add a small screen note on what speed yu have drill set on for each bit.❤
You make beautiful nails out of some problems. You are a nail master lol. Her nails look beautiful now. Thank you.

Absolutely gorgeous ❤
Just as gorgeous the second time around!!!
Please make a video on nails that grow Down! I love your videoes and tips!

Wow I’d love to next rebalance - I can’t imagine with the amount of upward growth! Amazing
Too bad she won't let you cut them at least halfway down. They still look kind of ski jumping from the side.
I think she likes them that way though.
I was coming here to say the same thing
Ski jump nails can be a source of embarrassment for some, but they’re more than just a cosmetic concern. They can be an indication of nutritional deficiencies, thyroid problems, or even heart disease.
It seems be very common in Eastern Bloc countries or countries were radiation is present in higher concentrations.
@@sushlesI'm from Australia and I have ski jump nail's
I am also from Australia with ski jump fingernails
I love your books/ tutorials

Beautiful set ❤❤❤

So stunning
I’ve never seen nails like these. I would just cut them completely down and use artificial nails.
This shape is because she has a deep c curve. If you let the sides grow out it would look better and then create balance with an apex
i don't know! the flatness of her nailbeds on some nails seems like it would suggest otherwise. i had a friend who had nails like these, and they tended to have the flatter nail beds of all of her nails. but that;'s just one example and i find this idea compelling
Beautiful 💖💖
Very pretty❤
Wouldn't it be easier to just cut them off and start from scratch using forms? And they won't look so upwards
she probably wants to grow her own nails out
yes but she did mention the client wanted to keep her length.
She's done it before and a lot of them broke. Plus the client doesn't want them cut. She wants her natural nails to stay that length.
I've never heard of spoon nails. Now I know what to do if I come upon someone with them.

Great job.
What causes the skin to build up on the nail bed, making the nail grow upwards in the first place?
Gorgeous!! Definitely a transformation! 🙌🏾❤️
✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️ I want to cut them so bad. 😢
Love yur videos
It’s because the sides being filed like this why the ski jump looks so prominent. Tell Lara to stop filing her sidewalls

Bits For Removal - its different in link than in video
Does the Russian company not ship internationally?
you wont be able to purchase it because of sanctions
Many countries have an embargo on Russia due to the war.
That shape doesn’t help. The sidewalls look filed away. I know that’s what she likes so to each their own
ski jumping nails give me the creeps
I agree. This is how mine and my mother's nails grow. I hate them.
I’ve noticed that the voice over person isn’t fully aware of what tools you use during your videos. In this particular video, at the removal stage, a medium abrasion carbide bit isn’t being used; a red band- fine abrasion is being used
how would you do nails with the opposite problem? three of my nails grow down on one side so that they always look wonky. can you help

Her nails don’t even look ballet though? They appear to be a soft square. I’m confused lol

It's what the client wants. She has to respect that.
They haven't broken from the last application so I think this will be fine
