I will be looking into this stuff. I am always working on old crappy atv's that leak gas everywhere in the garage, so this would be excellent to make sure I have a way to put out a fire like that if it ever were to ignite.
I think this product is great, but with out a side by side foam test it is hard to say if it is better or not. Also, using a 2.5 lb fire extinguisher on a fire that big was kind of a waste of time in my opinion, they should have used a 15lb ABC c02 cartridge operated fire extinguisher like ANSUL. Still think it is a good product but without side by side comparison it is easy to put a label on a product.
Mike C side by side would prove for sure. AFFF doesn't cling well and does little to make a line. Phoschek works far better. This stuff looks like it is the best. Looks like.
One of the most overlooked pieces of safety equipment. If you have spent thousands of dollars on your ride, spend a few more and protect your investment!!!
I bought a five-gallon container of FireAde 2000 several years back, along with a Scotty applicator. Just in case... you never know. Haven't had to use it yet. I sure wouldn't mind having one of those BIG FireAde extinguishers as shown in the background at the beginning and elsewhere.
Excellent video! Would this be able to prevent a fuel fire say in an aircraft that is forced to do an emergency landing? Would injecting FireAde into the fuel tanks and engine compartment prior to the emergency landing prevent or greatly reduce the intensity of a fuel fire?
Thank you BustedKnuckle and FireAde! You hinted at a fixed system that can be vehicle installed, any more details? I need a driver-activitated or fully automatic motorsports oriented system that can be a fixed install in race vehicle, with some type of mechanized deployment. These are gaining in popularity in the UTV/SXS communities but thus far are all chemical based.
More details to come on the fixed system, we will be doing an install very soon. I only run this stuff on my machines, the mess alone from a dry powder extinguisher makes them not worth it.
looks good, but i would like to see the consumer size used, and not a big tank with hose. a dump truck load of sand will put the fire out, but i am not going to take that with me on the trail. show us what you want to sell, not the industrial size tank...
BustedKnuckleVideo I looked on the website and couldn't find it. I'd rather buy it from you, to give you the business. Searched fire Ade with no luck on the website. Let me know and I'll buy some. thanks!
Busted Knuckle Films I’m a certified firefighter but that’s neither here nor there because it doesn’t take a genius to see that the torch punched through the top layer of FireAde and lit the gasoline underneath.
Your product may be great but the "firefighter" using the dry powder extinguisher didn't even come CLOSE to the base of the fire. At least use the competitor's product properly.
Goat Well in the film, he did say that he was not putting the other product down, that it would get the job done. So the demo did not really prove that, but that was not the point - the point was that Fire Ade would go futher, by rendering the liquid unflamable, which I guess was shown quite effectively
@@FizzBhaal look at t4:42. FireAde is not pointed at the base of the fire and it didn't put the fire out. So both performed the exact same when used incorrectly. All I'm saying is use the agent properly. To me it's false advertising since the person using the agent was wearing "firefighter" gear giving him the appearance of being a professional. Yet he either didn't know the proper way to use the agent and is therefore not a professional, or he is a professional and purposely misused the agent to make FireAde look better.
Can Fire Aid be used to stop a diesel engine run away? Is it safe to spray into a diesel engine to stop a diesel runaway? I’m worried about causing internal engine rust and difficulty of engine cleanup.
1:04 False. The last thing you wanna do is add water to a metal fire like lithium or sodium. You're gonna need a dry powder extinguisher like a class D extinguisher that uses sodium chloride, graphite or copper.
Busted Knuckle Films Metal fires is what you get in LiIon battery fires I guess. Sodium I'm not sure - maybe in incendiary weapons, firebombs or such. Not your target customer. But I don't see how you said anything false, or anything at all about that (unless he reacted to you saying "works on all fires").
Would be interesting to know. Lithium reacts with water, so it's hard to put out with water. Not sure if cooling helps. But I guess it still needs either air or water to burn. Could try with a small laptop/flashlight LiIon battery to test it. Just punching a hole in one, they should he able to ignite.
My shit is insured for well over what it would take to replace it and My mods. Only thing that would suck is all the time and work I put into it would be gone
i would buy anything this guy sells !!!!! excellent video man!!!
I appreciate that! We only promote products that we use and believe in. I believe in this product.

awesome, product that works on all fuel sources and is completely environmentally friendly, worth every dollar spent
True
great video, its always good to be safe specially when you are offroading
thanks!
I will be looking into this stuff. I am always working on old crappy atv's that leak gas everywhere in the garage, so this would be excellent to make sure I have a way to put out a fire like that if it ever were to ignite.
These are perfect for the shop, I keep a couple on hand in mine all the time
better than any existing firefighting foam even barricade based upon the performance shown here THANKS for showing this! Definitely going to buy!

we have it in stock and ready to ship.
Seems like some pretty cool stuff. Looks like I’m in getting a couple cans.
its pretty legit. I don't go anywhere without some in my vehicle
Aces! Damn cool product. Definitely adding one to my Jeep. 👍
Its good stuff or I wouldn't market it
It's like magic. They could use that product on spacecraft's. Thank you for sharing
it works
One of the most overlooked pieces of safety equipment. If you have spent thousands of dollars on your ride, spend a few more and protect your investment!!!
so true
Wow that is a very good sales presentation
I believe in it!

We keep a big extinguisher at the park just in case
If only that fire fighter was as good as the fireade, for sure getting some for my bike
not an actual fire fighter lol
this company make gold
they make good Fire Extinguishers
FireAde is needed out on the ATV trails . I need to buy some to put on my Polaris RZR 800S
It would definitely be good insurance while out riding
Excellent video! Would this be able to prevent a fuel fire say in an aircraft that is forced to do an emergency landing? Would injecting FireAde into the fuel tanks and engine compartment prior to the emergency landing prevent or greatly reduce the intensity of a fuel fire?
Would be a good idea
very impressive.
Hopefully he can get them world wide.
Should be able to

I'm sold that amazing
it flat out works
Tempi-ture last time I heard that was in northwest Georgia. Great video looks like a great product 👍😁👌
they have their own language in Georgia
You all still using the fireAde? Was thinking about putting an on board in my buggy
we sure do, we sell it at www.BustedKnuckleOffRoad.com
Busted Knuckle Films do you all have an idea on the on board 5lb systems? I can’t seem to find a price.
Outstanding product
TRUTH! I have a can on all of my vehicles
looks good, but i would like to see the consumer size used, and not a big tank with hose.
a dump truck load of sand will put the fire out, but i am not going to take that with me on the trail. show us what you want to sell, not the industrial size tank...
I agree 100%, I did not setup this demonstration. We will shoot some more videos proving the little cans. Stay tuned
thanks ! you all never disappoint !
Bingo! The consumer sized can is what we need to see. Also, what is the shelf life of the product?
We take our UTV's out in the winter and need to know if the 16 oz. cans will freeze if left in temperatures below 15 degrees?
That is a good question!
Got a message from John at the company and he recommended taking them in at night when it will below freezing.
How does this compare to AFFF foam and price wise? Also, can you buy the chemical only?
you can buy their chemical and add it to water and compressed air for the big Fire Extinguishers
BustedKnuckleVideo. Where can I buy additive for big Extinguisher?
AFFF is corrosive af. Wicked product though.
Well Im sold. Hope I never have to use it. Been looking for something like this
We can get you setup with a few cans and mounts for them
BustedKnuckleVideo I looked on the website and couldn't find it. I'd rather buy it from you, to give you the business. Searched fire Ade with no luck on the website. Let me know and I'll buy some. thanks!
bustedknuckleoffroad.com/Fire-Extinguishers_c244.htm
BustedKnuckleVideo thank you
@10:23 “that’s the flame from the torch”... umm no it’s not lol. Still seems like a decent product though
Tell me more about how you are an expert?
Busted Knuckle Films I’m a certified firefighter but that’s neither here nor there because it doesn’t take a genius to see that the torch punched through the top layer of FireAde and lit the gasoline underneath.
This thing is crazy! Does BKOR sell these?
we sure do!
It’s been several years. I was wondering if you’ve had any real life experiences in the meantime that have added to or change your mind about fireade?
nope we still use them on all of our machines
Looks like my mud truck is getting a can of FireAde.
it's good insurance
I Insured my RZR and mods. They will let you insure them.
RZRs can be insured, but rock bouncers and mega trucks can't as easily
Your product may be great but the "firefighter" using the dry powder extinguisher didn't even come CLOSE to the base of the fire. At least use the competitor's product properly.
wouldn't matter people would still complain
@@BustedKnuckleVideo Nice attitude
Thanks

Do the canisters have to be protected from freezing
they do not
Can Fire Aid be used to stop a diesel engine run away? Is it safe to spray into a diesel engine to stop a diesel runaway? I’m worried about causing internal engine rust and difficulty of engine cleanup.
no idea on that
1:04 False.
The last thing you wanna do is add water to a metal fire like lithium or sodium. You're gonna need a dry powder extinguisher like a class D extinguisher that uses sodium chloride, graphite or copper.
this should do it. who deals with metal fires?
Busted Knuckle Films Metal fires is what you get in LiIon battery fires I guess. Sodium I'm not sure - maybe in incendiary weapons, firebombs or such. Not your target customer. But I don't see how you said anything false, or anything at all about that (unless he reacted to you saying "works on all fires").
That is awesome!!
Still use it to this day
does it work for putting out battery fires? like if a Tesla catches on fire...
can anything stop one of those?
BustedKnuckleVideo that's exactly why I'm asking
never seen it tried with these
Would be interesting to know. Lithium reacts with water, so it's hard to put out with water. Not sure if cooling helps. But I guess it still needs either air or water to burn. Where would i get a large fire extinguisher or cart?
Direct from FireAde
BustedKnuckleVideo there website doesn’t have them
Glad it does the other didn't work all that great
I’m sold.
works well, we still run it in all of our buggies
I wonder how many times they burnt their hands before they finally got that demonstration right
It gets their point across
Yes I realize that, I was making a joke lol
What mount are you using for your FireAde?
Off Road Solutions mount. We will have them available in the store next week.
What's a good rig for my Jeep?
any of the cans would be fine in a Jeep
What about electrical fires?
hard to stop electrical until the battery is dead. But this will help put out the flames and keep from reigniting
could use this year's ago
couldnt we all
use fireade 2000 for protection of flammable materials
My shit is insured for well over what it would take to replace it and My mods. Only thing that would suck is all the time and work I put into it would be gone
good
use it for flammable liquids and gas
use fireade 2000 insted of power fire extinguisher becuase powder fire extinguisher leaves baking soda everywhere
exactly
fireade 2000 would be for you if are doing metal work
GET YOUR FIREADE AT BUSTEDKNUCKLEOFFROAD HERE--> bustedknuckleoffroad.com/Fire-Extinguishers_c244.htm
using for cooking oil, cooking fats
Kidde fire extinguishers fucking suck ass I hate servicing kidde units they r cheap and don’t hold pressure. If they do they still feel cheap.
these cheap aerosol cans work pretty well for the small stuff
