I have a 21 sportsman 1000xp highlifter...i did the same muffler...sounds great,very loud going to take getting used to lol...do you think i will need a tuner also,i hear mixed reviews some say yes some say no...what tiner do you have

Also we put a big gun on a scrambler 850 and you had to take the heat shield for the big gun and we thought that we needed to make one but you don’t have to. It flows out way more so it doesn’t heat up as much as stock
Yo I got a 2021 sportsman 570 and I want to get the same exhaust but of course the one that fits the 570 only anyways I suggest you take it to ur near dealership that can tune it for you imma do that once I get the exhaust BTW I'm getting the big gun full system

@@5401Productions look at your muffler you see the aluminized tab hole? Then to your right on the bent pipe piece the loop? That’s where it goes to n you use factory springs. It’s a somb***h! I did mine 2.5 weeks ago

Only downside to the highlifter 850 is no eps that’s the reason I’m waiting for my new orange 850

No, that’s incorrect, it has to stay on. Plies, you can add fuel, take away fuel and mildly tune with it.

We did have one issue but it was our fault, we hooked it up wrong. The tuner turns off and is super easy to install.
Also the tuner comes pre programmed so you don’t have to make any adjustments if you don’t want to

Does the tunner get rid of the limiter? And if so does it still pull as hard after 55?
I don’t think it does. I actually haven’t been able to test that yet though so I will have to get back to you on that one.

Pretty sure you can buy a different tuner and it still work. I just bought the Big Gun one because it comes preprogrammed and is a easy setup.
