May timeline din ako sa spreadsheet pero mga bayarin, to make sure i paid all my bills and allocated money for that expenses. At least I have a full view of all the payables for the stretch of one year. after paying nka highlights na sya with different colors kung na bayaran na para ma keep track ko ano yung di pa na bayaran. Pag may mga advance payments din kita ko na nka advance payeme very effective.

I always make sure na yong 13th month pay ko nahuhulog ko sa bank. Kasi for the whole year ako nagpapadala sa family ko. So I take it as yan lang yong sahod na di ko ginagalaw sa buong taon.. Ang I make sure I keep 15-20% monthly every sahod. Mahirap sya pero at the end ng year worth it talaga ang sacrifices.

Jheng Joya normally now, mutual fund companies have cashless transactions to mitigate risk--that is, you deposit to their bank account or the investment would be debited from your savings account. if and when they say that they can accept cash, it would also be safer to issue a check or a Manager's check payable to the fund. either way, make sure that they can issue you a provisional receipt and make sure to follow-up on your investment receipt and request for a statement within a week of your transaction.

I'm a ofw/seaman earning 100k a month.. 10k goes to my parents and I have 4 investment(MP2, SUNLIFE INDEX FUND, SUNLIFE V.U.L AND INSULAR V.U.L) my monthly payment for that is 30k total..my investment is just 2yrs only im in my mind 30's in in relationship... I'm planing now to build my own house which will cost me 2M in construction, lot is already paid.. Is it ok na yong 2M na construction for the house idadaan ko sa laon sa PAG.IBIG.. is 60k enough income pa ba to survive we'd all the bills to come in my life.. yong lang po tnxs..
