The chase sounds more enticing, but also gives off the vibe that her walk animation should change to a more aggressive stance like Dredge or Ghostface. The terror radius matches her sassy power walk, but the chase doesn't really fit if she moves at the same pace.

Would also be dramatic as hell too. Just seeing her turn a corner with her power walk, before just transitioning into a more dangerous stance as she runs towards survivors

My suggestion was to make the drums more audible, which is what they seemed to have gone for. But why the fuck did they distort and add an obnoxious vibrato to the chase musics lower layers? It feels incredibly disconnected from the drums and feels like the rest of the layers don’t exist.
Exactly, skull merchants drum track always slapped but in the old one it was drowned out by noise, all this needs is a rhythm or melody playing under it to and some flow to the kick of the drums and it’ll be perfect, I do like the sounds that jump from left to right in your ears tho
@@mazm8536 The sounds in the chase music beneath the drums need the distortion and vibrato toned down while raising its volume a small amount. Not enough to over power the drums as is. But they need to bring in the noise in Layer 3 that gets higher before getting lower and perhaps, making it transition from left to right at a low-Ish volume. Then for me it’d be perfect-ish. It’s a chase music that has potential but feels limited in what they can do for improving it.
Agreed with the two people here. I'm not well versed in music so I'm sorry if someone already said this, but I personally think the component thats missing is that droning sound in the old one in layer 4. It feels.. awkward to me.
Her 16M terror radius should be her chase imo. It fits her so much better. The Drums make 0 sense to me, and how is this chase theme made for a technological killer that uses drones to track her prey? The constant whirring of the drones you hear in her Layer 2 theme matches her perfectly.

After listening to the music, I have 2 things to say and one giant paragraph to write: 1. It sounds like Hag 2. It basically just removed one layer and added a background rhythmic synth noise Hag-wise, it has basically the same exact melody but with a different type of drum. The new sound, however (I think it’s new, I didn’t hear it before), does actually fit her character. It sounds slightly like… Singularity’s synth noise but broken down into milliseconds at a certain rhythm. And if I’m not wrong, the drums themselves are related to Brazil in some way. Overall, both are good but I would imagine most people want a change

I like how there’s a kind of alarm at stage 2, showing that the survivors are intruding on her territory and alerting an apex predator
