To me it reminds me of the 1982 MC9 MC9A Crusader ii Commuter Coach 6106 which is getting it's stripes in September of this year

The transmission is skipping 2nd gear

These HT747s start out in first, but shift very quickly to second, unlike the newer HT748s that held 1st gear longer.
