*MINDANAO: THE LAND OF PROMISE* davao & cagayan de oro city were amazing southern cities. _it's like you're transported back to cebu city_ they have great malls & natural parks, too love the durian, mangosteen & pomelo (yes, they have plantation of these fruits) in davao butuan city is like a mini cebu city surigao, camiguin & bukidnon were such great natural places to visit. _emerald green jungles; refreshing, cool blue waters; bukidnon's rows & rows of pineapple plantation & supercool mountain resort are captivating places for the wanderlusts_

When I went to Manila in 1987 there were armed military everywhere right from the plane to the exit doors and the friends collecting me weren't allowed inside the airport. They had to wait outside behind a barrier and I nearly got crushed in the crowd pushing their way out.
Upon coming back to Manila, try to use the POINT TO POINT SERVICE BUS direct route from Manila Airport (Term 1-2-3) to your specific destination like ARANETA CUBAO or AYALA TOWN CENTER or MAKATI (just check out the destination point). From Araneta Center in Cubao to NAIA Airport it cost me only 100 pesos. Better ask the Information Center at the Airport for assurance.
The worst terminal airport is terminal 1 in Manila, me and my family got stucked 24 hours there from Bangkok to San Francisco there was only a few chairs at the front check in lobby my 5 year old son had to sleep on the dirty floor and not much seat at the gate either it really sucked.
I have been in Bacolod city because my sister in law whom I visited lives in Kabankalan. I liked Kabankalan although I have no idea if it's a recommend touristic destination. But people were very friendly and transport was cheap, not like in Manila where they overcharge whenever they can. I stayed one day in a very nice but cheap hotel near the airport of Bacolod city. Once there I realized it was the old airport :-) and this was the reason the hotel was so cheap.
Its funny how Philippines heavily promote ‘More fun in the Philippines’ but when you arrive in Naia there are no tourism ads, no tourist info booth, taxi drivers try to rip you off, Manila has so much to offer but it just lack infastructure and good service.
Just open your Vlog Kell have fun in the Philippines. Working in Hong Kong take care here in Hong-Kong we got tension here in HK every Saturday and Sunday they have protester.
I was there last week...almost empty tourists there...so strange that Hongkong airport is not that usually crowded with travelers...well because of the situations there right now. Have fun!! And take lots of care dude.

United Airlines once left my bag behind and I had to sleep in the HKG airport for 1 night. Then I had to sleep another night because flights to the Philippines only happen at certain times. That was hell. lol
Please visit Corregidor Island. It is one of the most popular day trip destination near Metro Manila. It is one of the most important historical site in the Philippines. After visiting Corregidor Island visit Batanes Island, they say it is like New Zealand.
You can also visit the city of Baguio before going to Sagada and perhaps do a campus vlog of the 3 main university campuses (Saint Louis University, University of the Cordilleras and University of Baguio) in the city since it is one of the primary educational center of northern Luzon.

I suggest go to Mindanao. Try hiking Mt. Hamiguitan, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a wildlife sanctuary. Its famous for the naturally bonsai forest because of the ultramafic forest.

What you don't have airside at T3 is a decent selection of eateries. Visit the top floor food-court before you check in.

United Airlines once left my bag behind and I had to sleep in the HKG airport for 1 night. Then I had to sleep another night because flights to the Philippines only happen at certain times. That was hell. lol

Please visit Corregidor Island. It is one of the most popular day trip destination near Metro Manila. It is one of the most important historical site in the Philippines. After visiting Corregidor Island visit Batanes Island, they say it is like New Zealand.
You can also visit the city of Baguio before going to Sagada and perhaps do a campus vlog of the 3 main university campuses (Saint Louis University, University of the Cordilleras and University of Baguio) in the city since it is one of the primary educational center of northern Luzon.

Stay in clark or subic. That place is way more peaceful than manila yet it is still very modern.
