I've found it really, really helps. I did a recent trip down to Brighton and it made it much, much more bearable. Glad I picked it up. It is on the expensive side, but when you travel a lot for work, you do see the value in it.
Solid recommendation. I checked the website out (which could use a SERIOUS update) and I am impressed with the options, so I think I'll be picking one up. The A-pillar one seems ideal. Which one did you go for?
Have you considered upgrading the Infotainment system to use the Apple-Airplay/Android-Auto model that's available from the newer models? I think it's a few hundred quid, but looking at options as that means I won't need a phone mount. Have you changed the phone mount? I have a cheap one that just falls off, so I don't use one currently.
Hey, Streetster! I did, yes. However, I talked myself out of it because (A) It's expensive and (B) I don't really listen to music in my car through the stereo. I always use my air pods, ha! I am also fine with using my phone screen as I use an iPhone 14 Pro Max, so the screen is big enough. I too have a flimsy phone holder that flops down all the time. A couple of people have actually commented about how they've picked up a phone holder from a company called Brodit, so I think I will order one from them. They do custom mounts for each car, so they are meant to be very sturdy! Will certainly make a video on it when I do, so you'll know how good/bad it is.
Much better than the one I bought. Got horrid back ache after 150 miles in one wet day!

Solid recommendation. I'll have a look!
Can you post details ta
The Brodit Phone holders are the best! I got one too in my Aygo. You can attach it to your infotainment screen or to the A-pillar!

Van mass phone holder is the best
Awesome! Will have a look.
Install the mount lower, and let dashboard support the mobile phone lower side.
Thank you for you suggestion! Yes, I tried that but I still get all the vibrations through the dash, so it just makes for noisier ride if anything.
