Imo, LE isnt "stumped." Both the Wells and Proudfoots have LE connections. With the proudfoots, they could make an arrest and charge both of them right now for neglect and abuse of a child that led to him "running away." I'm sorry but the only way a judge would give him custody is if there is corruption going on. Any judge who isn't corrupt would have granted him visitation rights until sebastian is found or the case is solved and closed. LE could find Sebastian's location if they would get KP/CP in a room and question them hard and do the psychological techniques they do, OR make a deal that if they disclose his location they will not be prosecuted or some type of plea deal. I feel like LE is protecting them or doesn't even care to find out what happened/get justice for Sebastian, maybe because the Proudfoot's are related to the Bowersox, they are covering this up for them, as it's extremely suspect they are denying there is evidence in that video of people leaving and going back to that home in the middle of the night! They claim it's a criminal investigation, but doesn't seem like it! They could get warrants for the black boxes to their vehicles, they could get their GPS data, they could look at camera footage to see if Chris ever did leave that Yogi bear campground and alibi him once and for all. Law Enforcement wants to close all cases as soon as possible and get on with business as usual. This happens all over the USA. A few police will dig deeper into cases, but they are few and far between.
I have two precious, grown young adult first cousins that came up missing in separate cases a few years apart, in different states. Both had marital ‘situations’. Despite a good bit of evidence of homicide, neither were ever found. I never knew it was so easy to forever dispose of a body. ‘Missing’ is the worst place to be. Somebody loves them. 💔

On Nancy Grace she said she didn’t get home till 9:00 p.m. from restaurant but Self said they were on cameras leaving the restaurant at 6:00 where was she for 3 hours ( think she met Chris and handed him off to him )
I agree .also if someone has family and friends that work for police and LE etc. That is the only thing that can be were there is not a thing to show he was there .or anything .just my opinion

Law Enforcement wants to close all cases as soon as possible and get on with business as usual. This happens all over the USA. A few police will dig deeper into cases, but they are few and far between.

I have two precious, grown young adult first cousins that came up missing in separate cases a few years apart, in different states. Both had marital ‘situations’. Despite a good bit of evidence of homicide, neither were ever found. I never knew it was so easy to forever dispose of a body. ‘Missing’ is the worst place to be. Somebody loves them. 💔

I think in both cases..both sets of parents should at least be charged with neglect and endangerment !! Imo .. and brought in for questioning. Alone without the other and put pressure on them! One of them will crack.
Child protective service should investigate Katie because she was the only one there when that child went missing. She knows exactly what happened and they should bring a case against her in that county put a complaint to the state.

I heard that Hendersonville LE wasn’t on Sebastian’s case, and only the SC Sheriff is, is this true? If so, is it because they live just outside city limits? Is there a conflict of interest with who is on Sebastian’s case? This is so sad. 😢
How sad for Sebastian 💔😭 im so emotional on this. They just found missing 8 yr old from my city deceased in his mothers home . Mom was on the run with other 2 boys..which was found this morning. Which were safe..but their middle brother was deceased💔😭 life aint fair to these babies ..

When we had a Mom missing here, the police didn't arrest the guy until they had enough evidence to stick. Harder to do without a body, or a live person.
I feel he will turn up soon here..That's my feelings..I feel Chris and katie know's where he's at and Chris took off with him and is hiding him somewhere..Very strange how the court let Chris to have his daughter with him while a kid is missing. and he is the #1 suspect
