You see movement into frame from the right indicating the person was walking around the tree towards the front of the place as the people enter. Fully open at this point because you see them swing their right hand a few times to build up the energy to go punch the window. At no point are they crouched or attampting to hide. If the parent looked to their left as they entered the guy would be clearly visible. The tree looks like its about 7 inches in width. Do I need to go on with more facts just from this one dinky clip or do you have anything based in reality to argue against anything I say besides the fantasy you are fighting for?
Why didn't the guardian call 911 immediately? Why didn't the store? That's crazy right there.

Sometimes things happen that are so beyond the scope of normal that reactions to it do not kick in right away. What we as the audience see has be primed already. We know what to expect and our point of is above eye level and expansive. What they see is totally unseen and instantaneous and reactions are unknowable in those few seconds. A sense of normalcy may take a while before we register what has , is or should happen next is different for everyone.

Doesn't happen unless charges are dropped or they get released on a PR bond or their own recognizance. These are afforded to those that don't have extensive criminal histories and depending on the crime and other factors. This is an intrinsic part of our justice system, lest one be jailed simply because they don't have money.

Unless dad knows something about Payam. Could have been an "honor" attack and the dad is worried. Complaints often have addresses, and attackers can get those addresses if they know what they're doing. It's why so many stalking victims don't follow through on cases after moving to a new location. The sad part is that this criminal has been arrested multiple times for similar incidents and prosecutors and judges have have simply released him over and over and over again and he'll be released once again to continue his crime spree until he kills someone and then the courts might consider that serious enough to do something other than just release

Wasn’t a random attack. You can clearly see the man standing behind the tree, then rushing the building as soon as the boy sat down. Then purposefully breaking the window at the kid, and shouting something at him through the broken window. I’m betting there was some kind of interaction prior to this incident. If the man and his son don’t come forward to talk to the police, that say to me they did or said something to anger the suspect. That doesn’t excuse his behavior, and it’s also possible due to his ethnicity and theirs it could also be a hate crime.

I don't care if this guy was higher than a space shuttle. To do this to a child is beyond low,that kid will never forget such a frightening experience. Also these businesses usually have glass windows of decent quality. So this guy definitely used great force to shatter that window.
