TIPS in Library tell us like "Easy mission make part drop less than Normal should do" so Hard didn't help you gain more blueprint, it just for money+part so when I farm blueprint I always play in Easy, Especially in chaos mission for not waste key*2 because Hard eat up key more than Easy/Normal difficulty.

it dropped 2 blue prints . hard mode does give you extra bluprints no 100% but you have better odds of multiple dropping
