I went to Sardinia for the first time in May/June and it was amazing. I will for sure go there again. So we missed each other by four weeks.... too bad....
Morning coffee almost always at a bakery to buy cheap lunch for later. And you get to pick your best view to enjoy it. European countries frequently have picnic areas to allow this. We have had some great lunches doing this. Happy, safe travels 👍
Italian restaurant owners often say: "Dont eat at a Italian restaurant that does not have a kitchen, but just a microwave'. I've come across some in Milano. They are difficult to spot :). These episodes from Italy are one of my favorite so far.
Love your videos Pavlan! You too sir could live long long time being healthy but its wise to eliminate all sugar and breads/pasta/grains from your diet. The blue zones do not include lots of refined carbs. Banana (all fruits) contain fructose which strain liver. I got rid of prediabetes just changing diet to eggs/steak/beef/bacon. This is food of our ancestors. Keep up great videos please sir. Happy trails to you!
I see the green and blue bins, but other than the cars they look like the only modern things. They've kept a lot of they're rail net (1,000 km), but I don't see a lot of bicycle paths on Google Maps.

Seems you're bound to the north. If you plan to pass through Switzerland just let me know - you can be my guest for the night. And I can show that Switzerland has some nice backroads, even if they are all fully tarred.
