Kalen Deboer has stepped up the pressure and is holding his players feet to the fire. It feels like this team is righting the ship and hitting their stride going into this upcoming LSU game.
I really hope that's true. If he took over offensive play calling that would also be good. Sheridan refuses to commit to the run. Those 2 endzone interceptions on back to back weeks had me pulling my hair out.
7 because it’s his first season and he’s learning how the SEC Is and what it really means to be the head coach of Alabama. In the next couple seasons watch out he’s going to be a great coach for us so chill out some bama fans we are in good hands. Roll Tide!!
College football is absolutely WILD now. The transfer portal / NIL has had a major impact across college football. Teams are no longer anywhere near as deep as they once were. Combine that with the 12 team playoff and we could end up with a National Championship game no one would have ever predicted. With how thin depth charts are It’s not just about how good you are anymore but which team is able to stay healthy and / or weather the storm the best, which team is hitting its stride at the right time. If Alabama can win out I still think they’ll put themselves in a great position in the CFP.
I think he is sitting at a 7-8. We have had a lot of problems that transferred from the Saban era to Deboer. The penalties and the discipline started becoming a problem over the past few years. With all things considered I think he is doing okay. He has to get used to the SEC, and he has to have his system set up. I think we will see a lot of improvements in year 2. At least I hope so. Roll tide
I'm giving Deboer a B+. Bama lost over 46 players to the portal, draft, and graduation. Only returned 5 starters on Offense and 4 on Defense. They've played 16 freshmen so far 4+ in the Secondary because they had to replace the ENTIRE SECONDARY. Deboer also inherited the worst O Line in Bama history which set a school record for sacks given up last season at 50. I'm probably forgetting a few things too so all that considered with only 2 losses definitely a B to B+.
Jalen has a lot of work to do before he’s ready for NFL I think he needs another year to develop they will more than likely change his position if anything
I just wonder where the heck did Deboer get the special teams coach from? He has to be the worst special teams coach to ever coach at Bama. Special teams has been a disaster and not getting better.

Definitely 8-9 in his first year taking over for Saban. Recruiting at a high level building his program his way it takes time.
Roll tide 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 less go BAMA🦣🦣🦣🦣🦣💥💥🎃
I’m not sure who it was but thank you to whoever gifted me a membership today. Roll Tide🐘💯

I just hope he isn't Bama's qb1 next year. He's been the starter for 2 years now. Ready to see a new guy leading the team next season.
