1. What are your initial thoughts or feelings when you hear the word "Christian"? How does this compare with others' views?
2. What are the differences between the terms “Christian” and “disciple”? How does the term “disciple” bring clarity to what following Jesus entails?
3. Reflect on a time when you were invited to church or to explore faith. How did that invitation impact you, and what can it teach us about inviting others?
4. John the Baptist referred to Jesus as “the Lamb of God.” Why do you think John described Jesus in this way, and what does it reveal about who Jesus is?
5. What does the phrase “Come and see” mean to you? How does it embody the invitation Jesus offers to potential disciples?
6. Have you ever felt like the “B-team,” yet invited to something greater by God? How does this reflect Jesus choosing his disciples?
7. Discuss how the actions of Andrew and Philip in inviting others to meet Jesus highlight the power of personal relationships in sharing faith.
