I fixed this in my Autotiles in 5 Minutes video, but I should have edited the 4 corners together first! And THEN the sides! That makes it much easier to make everything seamless :)

I use photoshop a lot, but I saw smart object to change directly, but still don't get it fully how it exactly works as it is a very useful feature.
If you don't mind, could you share a text file how exactly how to get it to work so I could save that?
as this tutorial is also extreme useful, keep it up in the upcoming tutorials (as I like your voice too).

Smart Objects are great once you figure them out! I don't have a text file on how it works, but basically: highlight a single layer OR multiple layers, then right click and select "Convert to Smart Object." It will then put the layer(s) into its own "instance" - kind of like its own file (.psb). It's similar to going to File -> Import Linked, which puts a linked image into your document, where if that linked image ever changes, it will change in that new document too. It's useful whenever you want to update something across multiple files. Hope that helped!!

Great stuff! I remember watching a series of videos from CrackedRabbitGaming from years and years ago on making auto tiles for RM VX and using those for making my own auto tiles for RM MV. I put the 3 videos in a playlist years ago. You already know what you are doing, so not sure if there is anything useful in these vids. Anyway, Thank you for the fresh content!

Awesome, thanks for sharing! I watched those videos once upon a time too! I don't think Photoshop even had a Pattern mode back then, so it was much more tedious than it is now. But the basic premise is still the same! :D
