Barry said before they wrote that line, they had gotten stuck. A bit of writer's block. So they took a break...And when they came back together, he and Robin had separately come up with the exact same line!
1976 there was only the radio, antenna TV and buying records was the only thing there was, and these were our glory days, ❤❤❤ It was heaven on earth, ❤❤❤
Masters of music... they must be descended from King David. Always have been my most favorite group ever and they are/were genuinely nice people and it comes through in the way they deliver their lyrics.
Welcome back in the Univers of the Bee Gees. I grow up with the best Group ever. They can switch there Voices like nobody else. And there falsetto is the best i ever haere in my live 🕺🥰👍
Slow dancing at a party in a dark room with your boyfriend was coming to an end in 1976, I had the pleasure to be there in that moment in time, Love So Right, The Bee Gees made our world a better place to be,❤❤❤
I'm glad you got to hear "Love So Right" by the Bee Gees. It's always been one of my favorites, I've always considered it one of their very best disco ballads along with "How Deep Is Your Love" and "Too Much Heaven."
happy to see back with the BeeGees You must listen to the whole 97 Las Vegas concert -especially "In the morning" written by Barry as a teen and now in an accoustic version with superb harmonies!! an "Our love" a tribute to littlebrother Andy - have your tissues ready!
I love this so much! Barry is such a heart throb, then and now. 😊 Everything about him is perfection, from his voice, hair, hands, smile....flawless. I have to know if y'all ever listened to the studio recording of "IMMORTALITY" with Celine Dion, the studio session? It is definitely a tear jerker. Even Barry and Maurice show their tender-heartedness and need tissues throughout the session.
It’s been a while since the last Bee Gees reaction, but it’s always a joy to listen to them. With their very large catalogue of music it’s incredible how many fantastic songs are not well known. Another really moving R&B song from The Bee Gees is REACHING OUT from their Spirits Having Flown 1979 album. ❤❤❤
Swear, you'll always will be surprised again and again, by reacting to any song of their huge catalog, filled with genius art of music! For excample, check'em out with the titletrack 'Children Of The World'.
I drove from NH to Providence, RI w/ my girlfriend in 1979 to see them live, the summer after I graduated HS. I still remember it pretty vividly. Their voices almost overpowered their (big, w/ horns) band! The romantic songs, like this one, were magical. The most accurate word is actually "ethereal".....:)
Hi ladies I believe this is the Bee Gees most underrated song a song reached number three on Billboard pop singles chart in 1976 other songs from them Jive Talkin Love you inside and out keep up the great work ladies.
Check them on the new re releases of The Midnight Special starting in 1973 when they were still in their folk and rock stage .They were so young and their new super success was vey close but not quite there yet at that stage ...
They still have thousands and many were under rated because it was at a time when they were shunned over disco. Which was so unfair. I love them forever.
Please react to the Bee Gee's little brother, Andy Gibb and his song, "Shadow Dancing". He was so talented and handsome and unfortunately left us way too early...
Hi Ladies. this is a new one for me too but these Boys never let us down, a sad song but happy you played it. Thank you, take care and see you for your livestream tomorrow. 🥰
If you notice, the backing vocals are so much fuller than normal on this song. That's because it isn't just Mo and Robin - it's 18 tracks of Barrry. Saw it in an interview with their sound mixer who said that all 18 tracks were perfect - every note, every word, and every breath in just the right spot. That's how professional Barry was. ❤
@@bonnieplasha4684 I believe the 18 tracks was done on TOO MUCH HEAVEN, not this song. At least that was what was on the album. Corrected me if I’m wrong.
This changed my whole attitude today. Yes, it's been way too long. The album it is on, "Children of the World," from 1976, is all just wonderful. Barry's vibrato is perfect here, and the build to the wonderful chorus raises the goosebumps (no way I would have been gone LOL). It's perfect R&B. I feel like I have known this song forever, and am glad you got to hear it today. If you would like a super wonderful cut from the same album, try "The Way it Was." It still leaves me speechless. I know there is so much in their catalog, but that one is very special.
I think you will like the song 'First of May' and the video featuring Maurice and Robin when they were boys having moved from the UK to Australia. Given the tragedy in their family, it's a rear jerker.....
You ladies seem to like older music as well as new, one song I would like to see a reaction video to is Exile "Kiss You All Over" this was at the beginning of disco. Give it a try, right after this hit they moved to Country.
You really REALLY should react to these BeeGees songs:: Party with no name Walking on air (Maurice lead) Dimensions On time (Maurice lead) Don't fall in love with me Above and beyond (Maurice lead) I will Country woman (Maurice lead) Flesh and blood Man in the midle (Maurice lead) Cryin' every day Omega man (Maurice lead) The lord (Maurice & Barry lead) Irresistible force House of shame (Maurice lead) I.O.I.O. (Maurice & Barry lead) She keeps on coming Hold her in your hands (Maurice lead) With my eyes closed Lay it on me (Maurice lead) Voice in the wilderness Overnight (Maurice lead) Will you ever let me Giving up the ghost Lonely winter (Maurice lead) Whish you were here Don't forget to remember (Maurice & Barry lead) Ordinary lives
This was their first single that featured the entire lead in falsetto. Interesting that you consider this "some of his (Barry's) best vocals" when he was still pretty new at using that technique.
My 'Forrest Gump' song . . . this song must be what Forrest felt the morning after making love to Jenny. You end up staring off in the distance, searching; so many questions . . . no answers. Barry's ad lib and fills are great! GREAT REACTION!
You could choose almost any lyric from this classic Bee Gees love song and it' be meaningful but how about 'i could take it in my stride, start living for the moment, maybe half the things we sought were never there, simply open up our eyes and break it down to size, it isn't really fair' . Not only write great melodies but great and heartfelt lyrics too. Genius.
Like to a Bee Gees reaction even before I watch it )) Do you know that there is a Bee Gees biography book out now - "Bee Gees: Children of the World", by Bob Stanley?.. I am going for it, must be a great reading ) And I do urge you to have a go at their "Living Together" song off their Spirits Having Flown album - Robin's falsetto can be a treat too! )))
"I thought you came forever, but you came to break my heart". Great line. If you've lived long enough you can relate to this beautiful song.
Barry said before they wrote that line, they had gotten stuck. A bit of writer's block. So they took a break...And when they came back together, he and Robin had separately come up with the exact same line!
Just one more absolutely superb Bee Gees song, one of the greatest groups in history .
i love these bee gee songs more than their disco stuff , the melodies trounce a dance beat every time
Would love to see your reaction to Celene Dion with the Bee gees doing the song immortality it's a really great performance
1976 there was only the radio, antenna TV and buying records was the only thing there was, and these were our glory days, ❤❤❤
It was heaven on earth, ❤❤❤
No cell phones and we all had to listen to one another at block parties and family gatherings. Magical time!
@@kevinwilkins7851 Facts upon faccts!!
Our love don't throw it all away from The Bee Gees is one of the best..
Masters of music... they must be descended from King David. Always have been my most favorite group ever and they are/were genuinely nice people and it comes through in the way they deliver their lyrics.
Just when you think Barry can’t make a song any better -- He does!
My absolute favorite by the great Gibb brothers!!!!

Their voices are like instruments. So heavenly.

Great reaction!!! Great song!!! Barry went nuts on the falsettos at the end.
They still have thousands and many were under rated because it was at a time when they were shunned over disco. Which was so unfair. I love them forever.
And I grew up with this band as a 70's baby and love them to this day!
Such a good reaction, ladies! A wonderful classic song that has been covered several times by superb R&B artists.
Please react to the Bee Gee's little brother, Andy Gibb and his song, "Shadow Dancing". He was so talented and handsome and unfortunately left us way too early...

You just have to listen to their audio LIVE at the FORUM 1976 LA version of this soulful classic….. it’s even better than this studio version . 👌🏼💯
Pleaseeee do “if I can’t have you” by the beegees !!!!
This was their first single that featured the entire lead in falsetto. Interesting that you consider this "some of his (Barry's) best vocals" when he was still pretty new at using that technique.
Hi ladies, could I suggest Immortality by the Bee Gees with Celine Dion, it is just gorgeous ❤ xxx
You’ve done it again. You can get the video for this song

If you still do reaction videos, here's a suggestion,

Never Never Never by Shirley Bassey
They havent made a bad song yet.
