Yoro always seemed unlikely and unless Real move totally collapses can't see us getting him. I am actually happy Branthwaite deal not happening , he always seemed overpriced to me for this stage of his development and can always revisit in 2025 if need be. Best to clear the options that aren't happening - sort De Ligt , get final answer from Yoro (likely will not be a positive one for us) and sort another CB signing. I personally like Hancko as the other CB with MDL - Hancko has that LCB / LB versatility , left-footed , pacy / mobile and he's excellent on the ball. And Hancko should cost considerably less than the funds we were likely allocating for Branthwaite.
Hoping we can get Simons as well for CAM / winger depth. Bayern have Musiala at CAM , already had quality wing options and buying more. Up to the player but would think that isn't the best situation for him compared to us where he should get way more minutes.
Real Madrid wants to pay nothing for Yoro. That’s not gonna fly. Now if Yoro is SO set to watch games from a comfy seat while earning 12M, good on him.
After doing nothing other than playing 15-20 minutes max every few games, wonder how he’ll feel.
@@mesoanarchy if he wants Madrid he'll simply wait it out until later in the summer where Lille will surely cave to Real's demands or risk losing him for nothing. Real can agree a pre-agreement as soon as January and Lille get no fee. Only way this changes is by the will of the player which when it comes to Real is rarely swayed , but to be determined.

If United are serious about a winger from Rennes,Edon Zegrova is much better than Doue and may be cheaper! Cheaper championship wingers like Jayden from Hull who have a higher ceiling and will be cheaper from the Championship!

My brother, there's still a lot of time for United to go after other options. Just because they can't sign Jarred Branthwaite doesn't mean they are going to end up with the defenders you mentioned. United's discussion with Bayern Munich for Deligt is progressing well. The mode of payment is the stage where they are. I strongly believe that United would sign at least 2 new central defenders.🙄

De Ligt is basically locked on for him to sign with us / MUFC, so he's very likely in that rotation. And if Branthwaite does not happen very likely we bring in another CB signing as well.
