Maguire defended OK but.. my god he really cannot pass. A couple of times he did well to win the ball back but then instantly gave the ball away. Really cannot wait for him to take his rightful place on the bench. Maz looks good, esp on the ball.
I would argue that he can spread passes but can not sprint.

Some shameless United fans have the guts to say that Dalot is far better than Mazraoui. You can count with your hands on how many times Mazraoui pass backward, most of his pass are progressive pass unlike Dalot. Mazraoui should be the starting RB over Dalot.

Wonder goal is pushing it a bit but Zirkzee did OK. Mazraoui did well and looks very promising. How the hell did Garnacho make a mess of that chance though, it was an open goal! Need to be much more clinical up front this season.
We need squad broadening so that in case of injury crissis comes we dont be affected by bringing in players who can play mote than one positions that is ferdi kadioglu,urgarte,Amrabat and joao felix if posible but even a typical striker is needed who is more clinical up front lyke omorodion samu

The high press was good on the Fulham game but the fowards needs to be more clinical if the fowards isn’t clinical enough after a successful high press in front of goal it can lead to dangerous counter attacks from the opposition teams defence/goalkeeper

The midfield needs a player who can run and cover ground. As much as i do like the talent of Mainoo there is a weak point and that is he cant run. He and Casimero cant run. Thats one to much on the midfield. If i had to drop one that would be Casie.

Bruno must play midfield
Maguire was good defensively, but his passing game is not up to par. He will leave at the end of season, no doubt. We need to replace him and Lindelöf with a couple of young center-backs who can play with the ball - Yoro is the start. I believe once Yoro regains fitness he'll replace Maguire as a starter.

I think this is an excellent result because of the circumstances. The team wasn't ready. 1st appearance for: De Ligt, Mazraoui, Zirkzee & to handle the occasion gracefully is just remarkable.
Outs: Shaw, Hojlund, LB, & Striker respectively. That's a major shakeup to the lineup so I'm impressed we squeezed through.
United of last season would draw, or lose with a silly error. Don't 4get we haven't signed midfield reinforcements.
bit harsh to want hojlund out after one season, but i agree with you a lot, this team needs to gain its sharpness and peak fitness levels, and become much more ruthless in front of goal, we’re not clinical enough

Zeerksee accidental goal. Nothing special. Rashford played 90 minutes. He is pathetic. Ganarcho had a stinker. Rest of team was average. Mount gives you nothing. And playing with no strikers against Fulham shows how much faith ten hag has in this team. United will finish sixth or lower. Scoring goals is massive massive problem.
