I moved to Paris 8 years ago and just to tell you apartment hunting in Paris is one of the most difficult things - just make sure you have a strong dossier it might be worth asking someone to review your dossier and help you with that a bit! Bon courage it's always like this in Paris things take a long time especially when you are starting out.. Love your videos!

Obviously looking for apartments in the States is not nearly as competitive as Paris, but I've been on the hunt for a studio for probably a year and a half, always compromising what I really wanted for something that was doable and available. An apartment I thought was perfect fell through and I almost gave up on the hunt altogether, until the ideal unit fell in my lap last week. It's in a lovely historic neighborhood, lots of natural light, hardwood floors, tiled bathroom and (most importantly) in my budget. All this to say, good things are coming even when you can't see them

Ive been living in Paris for 6 years now: something people don't realise is that the salary here is pretty crap. So it's either: you make enough money as a freelancer but because you don't have a 'stable' income, they reject you for an apartment. Or, if you don't make enough money, see previous statement regarding crappy salary, the insurance will reject you: they want you to be able to pay 3x the rent. An average income is between 1200 and 1500 euro: imagine the rent for a room being 500 euros because thats all you can afford and knowing Paris: you will live either faaaar from Paris or a bad neighbourhood with 10 roommates XD If doors are closing, another one will open, and when that door opens it will be the right apartment for you
I really think it's so generous of you document your manifesting process but at the same time I think you should keep something to yourself at least until you finally reach your purpose. Let the focus of the universal energy working only between you and the universe. I don't know girl...that's what I feel, I could be wrong...or not ✨❤️
Do you watch Purple Palace/Shayna? She’s been in paris like 8 years or something now and every time she moves talks extensively about how hard/competitive Parisian real estate is - maybe u could hit her up and she could pass on some tips!
