Two circuits are definitely better than one! How would use your UT Twin87? Let us know in the comments, and shop the mic at Sweetwater 👉 imp.i114863.net/a1QPVW
Are you certtain this mic comes with that wooden case? the unboxing's I've seen aren't showing that. Also, I think the max SPL you mentioned may be incorrect. The manual says "117dB (no pad), 127dB (with pad) @ .5% THD". Thanks.
@@MelborneMoon Mine didn't come with a wooden case! Lol. I have no idea what he's talking about. Haven't seen a single retailer advertising a case for it either. You got me! Perhaps it's an upcoming Sweetwater exclusive package coming???? Funny thing is that it actually DOES need a case. I asked the manufacturer if they were going to be selling a case for it. No reply though. I went on "A" and picked up an Auray zip hard-case. Works perfectly!
USA "Designed", but made in China. However (I have one), so I can tell you that it's built BEAUTIFULLY, inside and out. Built like a tank on the outside and looks perfect (and beefed up) on the inside. This is far from some botched-up built mic. I can't find a single flaw with the mic. It sounds amazing. You can adjust it in multiple ways to change the character a bit. Such a useful tool. I have not found anything negative about it, yet. It's an absolute steal for the price!!!!
@@deanmasi6684 The microphones are assembled here in the US, though, and that final QC during the assembly and tuning of the capsule really makes a huge difference.
Hey, O! That’s actually Gator’s bass drum/amp mic stand. I have a link below for you! We’re including a free quick-release adapter with those until the end of the month, too. Hope this helps! Great pricing and sound! Might be a bit of a bummer for some because its max SPL is only 127 dB SPL (with -10dB engaged) Would have been nice to handle more SPL's
SPL between 115-125 is best SPL. At this SPL mic sounds incredible and balanced at all ends. U87ai has SPL of 117 only. It is quiet high sound handling SPL.

@@MelborneMoon It does not come with the wooden box. :( That one was custom-made for the rep here to keep his sample in.
Sorry,

@@sweetwater Thanks for replying, Mitch! And appreciate you clearing it up. Have a great day!
@@sweetwater Any chance Sweetwater could update the video description with this correction? Could perhaps help. Thanks again.
That price is definitely nice.
Wow, it’s actually quite good for the price… was always interested in their FET 47 for a cheap choice
Microphones are actually relatively easy to mass produce. Even high quality ones too.
I love it ! Its sounds better than u87
😂😂🤣
Lol umm what ?? 😆. It’s close but I’m not sure about better
Close not better than U 87, U 87ai. Pl. watch UT 87 vs U 87ai videos. There is a great difference.
That is a very reasonable price for what you are getting… Are these US made like the UT FET 47?

Can someone tell me which frameworks model desktop mic stand that's holding the UT Twin 87 please?

Mitch said 137 db SPL or 147 db SPL When the -10 DB pad is engaged. That’s pretty good..
