All tunnels are covered by censor based led lamps, light will come on when train will be passing, and will go off after it passes. Total power consumption will be less than an Aircon.

41Km new rail track completed and this was a inspection run , this route will be inaugrated by PM early next month but from Sangaldan to Kathra will take one more year because of some problems faced in the T1 tunnel. So very bad news that it will take one more year for Kashmir to be connected to rest of lndia even though the Kashmir specific Vande Bharat Rake is already complete and waiting at Pathankot railway station for operation.

Jammu Tawi to Srinagar Vande Bharat rake is ready and at Jammu and will be started after clearance from C,S.
It will take one more year for the Vande Bharat rake to start operation as there are certain problems faced in the T1 tunnel (even after T1 tunnel break through has been achieved in Nov2023).Till that time the VB rake will be parked in Pathankot Railway station.
