This scene's extra funny if Volition catches you lacking but you've been Int focused, the *entire squad* is just fumbling around coming up with excuses, it's great.
IIRC Volition comments on the absence of others missing too. When I got this check, I had 1's and 0's on every single INT category, so the only ones that could speak were Suggestion and Electrochemistry. Absolutely hilarious.
@@AppleOfThineEye yep, if you stop drinking and take the no alcohol thought your psyche goes up by 1. And cop of the apocalypse makes phyrolidon give you an increase of 2 in Psyche if I correctly remember.

yeah, theres one scene where Inland Empire intervenes with an easy check when E-chem and Hand/Eye Coordination convinces Harry to jerk off. What happens if you dont pass it?
I'm now imagining Logic trying to figure out who killed Drama with Half-Light or something being the biggest suspect this must seem insane to anyone who hasn't played Disco Elysium
To be fair with Half Light, the guy is a fucking lunatic, but he's a survivalist/self-preservation lunatic. HL wouldn't harm Harry's other sense's, just scream REAL FUCKING LOUD to avoid/harm someone else
@@bernardo.bridon yeah, he would not kill Drama because Drama is a lie detector and he needs one. On the other hand, Drama is not only a detector, but a good liar himself, so Half-Light could suspect that he fails on purpose or something like that. And then HL would take Drama's position himself and just scream that everybody around you is always lying.
I'm pretty sure it's the Dyslexia Font option in the main menu. I personally don't like it, but I also don't need it. It's nice that it's there, especally for a text heavy game like this
The font? I just set it to the dyslexic font to mix things up. The original got a little boring to look at after a number of playthroughs. Playing with a different font can be a nice change of scenery. Hope this helps!
@@samyt681 First, thank you! Which comment section did you come from? Yeah. Sometimes when I play I just let Harry be ignorant of his appearance. I like the element of jamais vu it adds to the experience. Probably better to be ugly and not know it than to know but not be able to do anything about it. Plus the abstract art of the avatar is pretty cool.

Interesting to know -- if I do another low INT run I may just have to rest that out lol

It indeed is.
I don't know what skill i had in Zero, but it didint pop up, so reaction speed steeped in to fill the blank
A failure so catastrophic it never even happened.
I love when skills are aware of game mechanics (Volition refers to low intelligence)
How a playtrhough with 6 psyche and 1 intellect be looking like lmao.
Yeah, lol
I think this was from a playthrough where I got my Psyche up to 9 by getting Harry to stop drinking and start taking psychedelics haha

You're welcome!
I don't know whether you can fail some trivial tests. Maybe someone should try to do a full playthough with a 1 in every stat.
I did all 1s playthrough you cannot fail trivial checks though it was a very quiet playthrough

Oh I didn't know you can use this font in game, it really helps
I just use it when the original text gets old tbh
I can read so much faster, it's wild.

Haha, thanks bro
Just got bored of the standard text after a while tbh
oh my god i didnt know they had a dyslexia font avaible i can see so much clearer but it doesnt look as good sadly
Yeah, I just use it when I get tired of the default font lol
Haven't played the game in a while though
What gets me more than anything is how surprised people are that you can change the font in the game.
I remember i had high intelligence with decent volition and they ended up arguing that one of them got fooled by her charm and seduction.
That sounds like a funny corrolary to this sequence of events. My first playthrough was high INT, so I may have seen that -- but a long time ago.
Hey, just like my run!
Cute and funny 😭
Thank you mister Turtle
This is the dyslexia versions isn’t it ?I love that this game has this option
Yes, it is!
I don't have dyslexia myself, but I was getting bored of the original text.
Why does your game look like that and why do i love it
It's the dyslexic font, which I was using because the normal text had gotten boring to me. Enjoy!
Btw what is this icon u have left down corner in ur Harrier Portrait? +
That just means the game is in Hardcore mode. Skill checks are harder, but you also get more XP for finishing tasks.
What happened to the front? Why does it look like that?
