More useful than the supplied fitting instructions / diagrams but is a bit rushed and lacking in detail - could do with a slower overview (with some sound) and close-ups of the smaller components.
The instructions tell you not to screw the fixings to chipboard. I'm guessing he's used longer screws and into timber
Is he very tall? The ceiling height seems quite low, I can't reach it without the hook??
Shocking video, he is rushing and can't see what he is doing! Seems more like showing off.
