Is it okay to create landing page without a domain & run ads to it? Doesn’t it go against Facebook guidelines! Because we need to verify our domain right if the destination is landing or websites?
You need a domain, whether you buy it or have your client buy it
How to make that beautiful in mobile device? Because currently I'm struggling to do that specially the columns don't have space in mobile view it really sucks
You can use margins to separate them in mobile view. A lot of times, I hide the whole section I designed for desktop and create the same thing for mobile

Another thing is the padding on mobile view is not working.

Hello, your card doesn't need to have $97 to start the free trial. It's most probably happening from the card company. You can try another card.

I connected Leadconnector to my sub account of GHL. But when I send the email,it's successfully sent but when I check its details it is showing that mail sent by mailGun. Can you help me please?
