- 1. Nielsen v Davis - An Illinois woman credits the birth of her son with giving her reason to turn her life around. However, she has no clue as to which of 2 men is her son's father.
2. Fleming v Jemison - A Buffalo, NY woman comes to court in fear that her son may not in fact be the father of a child both she and her family have already become attached to.
3. Jackson v. Brennan - A high school relationship turns into an adult nightmare when a woman is forced to bring her ex-boyfriend to court to prove that he is the biological father of her daughter.

Ms. Neilson came on this show and was absolutely truthful!! Some may not agree with her old lifestyle. But she’s more truthful than the sober ones we see!! There’s nothing bad for me to say about her. All I will do is commend her and pray she continues to work on herself. Mr. Davis needs to step up for the baby’s sake.
Not really. They were all truthful. No one told a lie here. She didn't know for sure, she FELT like it. Most of them always say "in my heart" and their heart is dead wrong.
I agree! She was able to turn her life around and I just pray that she has been able to stay on the right path

For the second one, the plot twist would’ve been that the mom was the grandmother, but the dad wasn’t the grandfather😂

I come home from working 13 hours a day and I turn on paternity court to calm down and relax a bit. I'm thankful I'm not in the position these people have to be in. Crazy world we live in with some crazy people

The odds of two people who use drugs, expensively, coming to clean and staying clean it’s very very low. In other words she probably do better caring for her baby by herself.

The 2nd case was the best episode ive even of all. Everyone was very professional and they actually saw the bigger picture even after she was wrong.

She's mad because he doesn't come with pullups, but yet doesn't think its his father- girl you put yourself in this situation. Yes you may have turned around, but these are the concequnces of laying down with any and everyone and not even sure who you laid down with.
She knew who she believed was her sons father & was correct. Promising a child something and not showing up is disrespectful and unnecessary
I just don’t understand how women can have babies and not know who the father is. Either sleep with one man or none at all. At the end of the day that baby will always be attached to you the man can walk but you can’t. Be more selective of who you give yourself too

Dialects develop all the time - it’s how new languages have always begun. When you have centuries of a separate culture existing and developing itself, a separate dialect is the least of normal expectations. It is also entirely legitimate and something to be respected not condescended and ridiculed.
The last case mothers are a mess.
When Miss Nielsen said “Not NUNNA ya’ll have bought Kaiden so much as a sippy cup OR a pack of diapers” 😂😂😂😂 WHEN will these males Understand that it takes MORE to raise a baby than just being the child’s Pappy.
When mothers stop using courts to steal away their children and permit them to be fully financially responsible for them. Much better than selling the man to the government where you get a fraction of help and the state takes a large cut of what should be your childs.
Case no#1: Without sounding judgemental against either party between the plaintiff and multiple defendants, this particular paternity case is largely about adults NOT SETTING BOUNDARIES neither for themselves nor for the people they've surrounded themselves with...

Why is it that every paternity court photo of the parent and the child always looks like it is photoshopped together. It's like they take one photo and then Photoshop the person in. None of them look natural or real

In the second case I guess that to a point I understand them wanting a paternity test and because the father who is in jail wants the test but me myself I wouldn't go through all of this just to prove a point who doesn't really seem to care for me and just want to prove a point s that they don't have to deal with me, I would have waited until the father was able to take the test for himself and who cares what the other people feel.

She said that She was way more conscious with the other people that She was sleeping with I guess that means that they used protection, but She wasn't using protection with this guy that She believes is the father, this other guy thinks that He is the father and even thinks that the little guy looks like Him but I think that the little guy looks like the first guy but I guess that the results will tell who the father actually is.

The woman in the first case needs GOD: she needs to give her life to God if she "wants a better life" for her son and make sure he doesn't go down the same paths she did. I know this is a scripted show but when he said she brought this guy into this place and he physically watched her, the story made no sense. What do you mean this place, where were you at, and what did you see? You could tell a story was being made up
