Can you play with friends on this or is it strictly single player
I get so maybe errors of missing vehicles and weapons etc in your scenarios. They are awesome but can't play them. I checked the integrity of the local files but no joy.

This mission brought back some good memories from Far Cry 2. Minus the malaria and refreshing hostile checkpoints.

Also did anyone notice that lola has included custom voice work for ambient voices of the government soldiers? Replacing the sogpf american voices with his own?Great attention to detail!
Slight correction, no Old Man modules were used in this scenario
@@scleralp my mistake, just goes to show the quality matches or surpasses bohemia offerings. Was thinking the ambient combat came from Old Man. Being corrected Kinda makes this scenario that more impressive 👍

I have not even made contact with anything yet but I noticed that there was no stamina so that gave the game a considerably different feel.
I liked the Old Man campaign right up to the end when it turned out there was no alternative that does not end in betrayal.

I love OF, Arma.... From my childhood beecause I was green head as a kid and those games are made by ppl from my country. But I didnt play Arma like 3-4 year, maybe I should start to play it again.
Now THIS is what I love seeing in arma
I wonder why the dev wont add coop? It be nice to play this with a friend or two
Extract the mission into eden editor add co op ya self maybe mate?
Multiplayer is a completely different ballgame. Much much harder to build especially if it hasn’t been designed from the ground up.
Basic stuff in single player can be a complete nightmare in multiplayer. This mission is easily hundreds of hours of work... you’d need a few hundred more to make it multiplayer compatible.
Took me a week to find this video again but time to play it

Sadly there is a bug in a mission where you can't continue further with the storyline.

There's a system in this that stops you from picking up the gear, because you unlock it through missions and buy it at the shops. I'm guessing this has something to do with how that system works.
Do you need the Prairie Fire DLC for this? If not I'm so getting it.
Yep you do. It's worth the buy though... hands down.

Played through this last week and honestly i did not really enjoy it too much, i loved all of the farcry games and have completed every single one, but i feel like this would have been a much better mission file if it was co-op, that was what really made my time playing farcry and other open world games like ghost recon so much more enjoyable.
Yeah you could be right... the issue is coop is 1000x harder from a development standpoint. As far as I know it's just Lola working on this. Coop I reckon would double the dev time required.
Well, try antistasi, pilgrimage or duws. For me, are the best co op scenarios for arma 3 nowadays

It's not as bad as you think.
Really wanted to check this out, until I found it out that it requires Prairie Fire, a mod that costs 3x as much as the entire Arma 3 game does right now. 😂 Thanks, I'll pass.

That's why you don't have to do it, that's the wonderful thing about this game, you can play the way you want to.
You don't have to play ARMA 3 in 3rd person. I'm not looking for realism in ARMA 3. :)

@@niekbouma1319 Its easier to record and show stuff off in 3rd person. First person, as has always been a problem with ARMA, isn't actually first person. Your field of view is far too narrow to be effectively first person, third person when not used to look over walls, nearly perfectly mimics peripheral vision. It's literally the reason 3PP is IN Arma.
Tell you anything, the campaign is full of incoherence and very, very ugly. no professional or qualitative approach like old man or contact. full of level design problems and lack of a sensible script.
No multiplayer means a pass for me
