UI omen mod and android 21 (good) are the only things that truly should be alt outfits that aren’t. The assets are there and fully playable but not useable and it’s sad af :(

If I'm not mistaken Android 21(good) is not a skin, it's actually a different character, albeit being just a copy and paste from the original
Same also applies to Android 21(evil), but this version has a extra level 3 move exclusive to it.
There's absolutely no excuses for Omen not being a sking though, it even has different colors already.

While these are some excellent plays, some of these mods I can't stand. Especially ones like SSJ4 Broly or SSJ4 Vegito or Cheelai 18. They look out of place and some of them look straight up ugly and ruin the unique art style of the game. The only good mods are simple color swaps like SSJ Vegito or Good 21. Aside from horrible mods, these games were fuckin sick. UI Goku is insane and really fun to play. Wonder if OBAssassin will keep him with his Hit synergy. He'd be unstoppable
