I confirm that c0 Faruzan is enough for Wanderer or Xiao support. Her ult debuff on an enemy lasts for more than 3-4 seconds after its duration and my wanderer does almost the same damage during his whole e duration. For er issue, stack her er with favonious bow & 2pc emblem+ 2 pc exile and she good to go. C6 is not big damage at all. Any constellation is needed just for qol.
The other option is to use the inazuma sword and polearm for bennett and thoma. It will generate lots of particles and you can give faruzan a full emblem set
Thank you so much for this! I have faruzan at c0, skyward harp, and only 134 ER. She still manages to decimate enemies alone. An isolated build of 2VV and 2 Glad. I'm happy with the current build because i 'd prefer my supports to deal some damage and buff at the same time.
as a ftp myself i managed to get extremely lucky getting c1 mona, c1 wanderer and a c6 faruzan. not to mention i accidently got venti's bow at one point and i gave it to my faruzan
I like using her vortex collapse and normal attacks to trigger Albedo's isotoma. She can be a pretty fun solo anemo carry with Gorou and Yunjin buffing Albedo's skill.
Since I only have her C2, I'd figured she wasn't worth it and was using Venti instead of her on my Wanderer team, but I've been considering that since Venti would help a lot with her ER needs, it may be worth it to use my Wanderer (with R2 Memory of Dust), Thoma, Venti, and Faruzan instead of Xingqiu. I just can't really test it out until I finish building her and Wanderer is kinda taking priority there.
I apparently had her C1, not C2, but I now have her at level 70 with emblem and got her fav bow up to 90 and she's working okay. Have her with level 90 C0 Wanderer with R2 Memory of Dust and shimenawa, 90 C0 Venti with stringless, and level 90 C6 Thoma with emblem of severed fate and fav lance, so you have an idea of what I'm trying. I'm still getting used to the rotations, but Wanderer's numbers have massively shot up from it.
Very useful guide. Faruzan feels really nice to play in the trial so I'm excited to get and build her. I have a emblem build ready for her and farming for 4p tenacity. Two 5 stars later and 11 wishes away from hard pity and I still don't have Faruzan. I doubt I'll get her c6 within half a year.
I managed to get her to c2 when pulling for scaramouche but I kept seeing people say she’s no good until c6 so I’m glad to see she can still be useful even at low (or even no) cons😭I hope I can get her to c6 eventually tho since that buff is so nice👀

I have her built with 2pc emblem and 2pc exile in a heizou team with 2 fav teammates (Her and XL). With this team and build, I have a 95% burst uptime. (Only 95% because my favonius have low refinements) I was actually suprised because she only has 250 ish ER and I didn't expect her burst to fill up so fast with this team considering her issues. I think it might be because Heizou generates a lot of particles when he punches, so that helps battery Faru. Idk about Xiao or Wanderer tho. So yeah my personal judgement is that she's still decent at C0, good at C2, better at C4, and great at C6

Why isn’t Faruzen meant to shred other elements than anemo? I use full set vv on her and she does great with increasing elemental damage of the non anemo characters in my party
I use her as a Sub DPS/CC bot with no other anemo units and it works. I kind of want to build her full EM and see how much damage she will output swirl wise.
I lost 50 for wander and got diluc and only got c2 fara because it loved giving me gorou now I have him c6 and I only 2 away from pity so I'm skipping wanderer for now so I can get Raiden as I don't have her yet
Got her on standard banner and I have 300 er with 55-160 split 4 emblem favonious and crowned her burst. I run Bennet with 4 noblesse and aquila and I use Mona with 4 emblem 260er for omen and attack buff from the catalyst
There's no way Elegy loses to Favonius... even without an ER passive, it's a high ER substat, buffs damage of the team, and also has higher base attack for Faruzan's scaling
Fav bow is better on Faruzan if she is not c6. At lv 90, Elegy even has 10% less ER than Favonius. Faruzan only creates 2 particles with the E, which drives up the energy cost with Elegy to immeasurable heights. No Burst up time is no DMG buff.. The passive of Fav Bow solves exactly the problem because he generates 6 Wise Particles in addition to the 2 E Particles and thus quadruples them The bonus of the higher Base Atk is small and is around 100 Flat DMG which is almost nothing
@@krummesblech I think it becomes a problem after 3 or 4 rotations, but with 200+ ER and other teammates with favonius weapons this wasn't an issue. It is one of the best support weapon in the game so I think it is objectively better.

I'm not sad that I once won the 50/50 and can finally use Skyward Atlas and my Cracked 4x Shime, but I can already see that I have more fun with Heizou, even though Scara has a fun kit
I don't understand why they made her burst so complicated to work! That even if she's buffing or Inc! Damage unlike a character with a visible area of effect! You just can't be sure and kills the vibe whether she's doing something or not!
The character with the scholar set must be on field to activate the 4-piece bonus tho and it drops only from one noblesse/bloodstained domain that no one farm. ;)
I used 140 fates in wanderer banner havnt got a single faruzan on the banner but luckily I have a single faruzan from the event thanks to hoyoverse and my luck🙂

I think I'm another kind of f2p becasuse, I use Faruzan as my main attack char, I just gave her The Stringless because I was "well. that was her bow on the demo and fit her" so I went that way, some of ATK and EM by give her the 4-piece Wanderer's Troupe just to keep the musical theme XD. I wasn't thinking nothing when I gave all those. But at the end she is really Fun To Play , I love how she trigger a lot of reactions and deal damage by that way. The burst, I mainly just use that thing when my Hu Tao put all the place in fire, just for the big last boom!
I'm running 310 er with 66 CR, unfortunately i dont have r5 bow, nor is she on the nobless set, and she's only at c0 too... i have wanderer, who i did not freaking want, but she's a heizou support. So far my best is 130k, i could get higher if i leveled her and bennett up(faruzan level 60 and bennett level 60 on level 2 talents, none have nobless lmaaaooo) and used food..
I'm using skyward spine on her for it's high base attack is it Okey??? I'm using her with 4 anemo team jean xianyun xiao and farazun with faruzan 180 er jean 234 er and Xianyun 185 er xiao er 105
rotation order: Thoma (tenacity), Bennett (nobless), Faruzan (VV), Wanderer (pavillion) Basically E, Q for all then spam NA3C on Wanderer. Is this build optimal? I'm guessing Faruzan needs E,Q, then 1C? Was a bit confused on why we shouldn't use VV on Faruzan and Pavillion on Wanderer. I already have totm and nobless on the other chars.
if she’s not c6 you should definitely use emblem on her. since you mention the CA i assume she is not c6. if she is c6 then vv is fine if you don’t want to use totm on her, but you won’t get the best results using thoma since his dps ratios are kinda low
Thoma is not work with tenacity, his damage is burst damage, tenacity will not be activate. VV on Faruzan only swirls pyro, and if your Thoma is not build like a sub dps then VV isn't really help.
Swap tenacity set on faruzan as she can have 100% uptime with c6. VV isn’t good because Thomas damage isn’t that great. If c0 go for emblem with fav bow. F2p friendly and compliments her well. For thoma put in a 2pc tenacity with 2pc emblem. I can’t think of a 4pc that would suit the team of the top off my head but this is very optimized regardless
It took me 60 pulls to get her :( I won't be going for wanderer as I'm saving for Dehya. I might go for wanderer when he reruns purely for the flying which looks so cool
I want to build heizou with faruzan, I could only get her c1 but at least I have favonious warbow. One question I have is that if I could put layla in the team instead of xiangling, mostly because I have her already built and because I think her skill could help a little with the ER problems
Who's the fourth character? You could do a freeze team with Heizou, Faruzan, Xinqiu and Layla. You can also do taser with Beidou instead of Layla, with Heizou's NA applying and swirling the hydro and electro
I'm glad I was able to get C6 😭 I run her with Noblesse and Fading Twilight, she has 200% ER and luckily I have no problems having a good uptime on her burst! I ran her with Wanderer, Xingqui and Diona. I have Diona on the Exile set though. I find it more useful to have better ER for the team then a bit of extra healing that I wouldn't really need from the Maiden Beloved set. I also have Diona with Favonius instead of Faruzan and it still works really wonderfully
I do not quite understand why some of the teams like with Fischl, would work for Wanderer but not for Heizou. I was thinking of a Heizou, Faruzan, Fischl, Nahida (maybe Yaoyao) aggravate team.
Heizou definitely can work for those teams! I just wanted to highlight that Heizou needs a little more support than Wanderer to get to the same levels of DPS. Nothing wrong with running Heizou taser with Xingqiu + Fischl, but you might be better off ditching Faruzan for more survivability or other staple electro-charged units like Sucrose/Kazuha. Also, you might need an electro healer for that aggravate team 😆
He already said in the video, just a small nice bonus, not your focal point. Sacrificial bow make you feel the need to play Faruzan longer on field, which take up more field time of your main dps
well this might paint me as an idiot, but isn't one way to build the silly puzzle woman to have Atk% on the goblet and circlet? It sets her up to take that flat dmg increase to the Moon, and with the way I'm using her, I don't want her dealing much damage unless I'm swapping artifacts around to meme on people
I don't have Wanderer or Faruzan. However I've heard we get a free Faruzan in 3.6. I might just get her to have her as I'm still farming the Crimson Witch domain to get some better pieces since I don't have enough artifacts for the strongbox.
I lost my 50/50 to Jean but after 29 pity I managed to get Wanderer and Faruzan to C4. Do you think that I could run Wanderer, Faruzan, Jean and Bennet. I’m thinking about getting my Faruzan all the way to C6 to make the team work.
It's kinda strange, I don't get the point in using Jean, 'cause although she swirl pyro, it doesn't really matter 'cause there's no real Pyro Off Field dps, unless you have her C6, in that case, okay. Btw the team works really fine with Faruzan at C4, if you want her C6, it's great and you won't regret it, but it's not necessary

Got her c3 while pulling for Scara, sadly no Scara but Tighnari. Then got her c4 from a random standart single pull. So now i have double-cryo (Layla+Rosaria) hypercarry c5 Sucrose (scara-set + skyward atlas), kinda not bad actually. Faruzan got Sucrose's anemo EM set. Really waiting for her rerun and I literally need to get her 1 more time since we'll get her for free in 3.6
Im currently using my scara with faruzan, layla and bennett, i dont know if i should put someone other than layla though? I'm wondering if Thoma or any other shielder would be better?
Layla + Bennet means you're getting both the pyro and cryo infusion, and layla also generates energy while her shield is up. Switching Layla for Thoma would offer nothing besides pyro resonance, but the Wanderer's pyro absorption already buffs his atk and 20% cr is just much more helpful. Thoma's c6 does give a small NA buff, but Layla is still a better fit.
@@whywefever156 Of course, no problem! You're gonna need to use Layla and Bennett's skills to apply the pyro and cryo respectively, and each to a different enemy. Otherwise, you'll pocc melt, consuming the auras. Bennett's burst applies pyro to the character inside the circle too, so you can make use of that to absorb that pyro without having to hit an enemy. However, you still have to make sure there's an enemy nearby affected by cryo that will get hit by the wanderer's skill.
@@whywefever156 So, either use bennett's burst to affect yourself with pyro and then use laylas skill to apply cryo to an enemy, or use Layla's skill first and then Bennett's skill on a different enemy, which is easier to aim.

Level 90 will offer a bigger buff for your anemo dps, since her buff scales off base atk, but it may not be a priority if you have other characters to level (like EM anemos, who want a higher level for more swirl damage). Besides, her ascension stat is atk%, which won't benefit her significantly with the increase.
@Rebeca Samuelson Jiménez many people get it wrong by stacking atk% but the buff is only off her base attack. In that case it's better to stack ER and Crit for the fav bow

sub-c2 faruzan works just fine with Heizou because his field time is basically "get 4 stacks and punch"

The 4 piece scholar is better than exile, especially at C1. And even though it isn't an ER weapon, Viridescent hunt helps with her CC a lot.

In single target combat, my Faruzan has 260 ER with Fav Bow and still doesn't get her burst back each rotation.
for faruzan wanderer, his highest dps comp would be c6 yunjin + bennet though without a shield it is more risky.

Honestly! It’s like if sucrose had an infinite eskill. I end up using her more than wonderer, it’s so addictive.
Its hard to get 4* constelations, after a year i have c3 gorou and c2 sara oh and c-1 faruzan

I think I'm another kind of f2p becasuse, I use Faruzan as my main attack char, I just gave her The Stringless because I was "well. that was her bow on the demo and fit her" so I went that way, some of ATK and EM by give her the 4-piece Wanderer's Troupe just to keep the musical theme XD. I wasn't thinking nothing when I gave all those.
But at the end she is really Fun To Play , I love how she trigger a lot of reactions and deal damage by that way. The burst, I mainly just use that thing when my Hu Tao put all the place in fire, just for the big last boom!
I'm running 310 er with 66 CR, unfortunately i dont have r5 bow, nor is she on the nobless set, and she's only at c0 too... i have wanderer, who i did not freaking want, but she's a heizou support. So far my best is 130k, i could get higher if i leveled her and bennett up(faruzan level 60 and bennett level 60 on level 2 talents, none have nobless lmaaaooo) and used food..
I'm using skyward spine on her for it's high base attack is it Okey??? I'm using her with 4 anemo team jean xianyun xiao and farazun with faruzan 180 er jean 234 er and Xianyun 185 er xiao er 105
rotation order:
Thoma (tenacity), Bennett (nobless), Faruzan (VV), Wanderer (pavillion)
Basically E, Q for all then spam NA3C on Wanderer. Is this build optimal? I'm guessing Faruzan needs E,Q, then 1C?
Was a bit confused on why we shouldn't use VV on Faruzan and Pavillion on Wanderer. I already have totm and nobless on the other chars.
if she’s not c6 you should definitely use emblem on her. since you mention the CA i assume she is not c6. if she is c6 then vv is fine if you don’t want to use totm on her, but you won’t get the best results using thoma since his dps ratios are kinda low
Do you have any way to deal with pyro shield ?
Thoma is not work with tenacity, his damage is burst damage, tenacity will not be activate. VV on Faruzan only swirls pyro, and if your Thoma is not build like a sub dps then VV isn't really help.
Swap tenacity set on faruzan as she can have 100% uptime with c6. VV isn’t good because Thomas damage isn’t that great.
If c0 go for emblem with fav bow. F2p friendly and compliments her well.
For thoma put in a 2pc tenacity with 2pc emblem. I can’t think of a 4pc that would suit the team of the top off my head but this is very optimized regardless

I want to build heizou with faruzan, I could only get her c1 but at least I have favonious warbow. One question I have is that if I could put layla in the team instead of xiangling, mostly because I have her already built and because I think her skill could help a little with the ER problems
Who's the fourth character? You could do a freeze team with Heizou, Faruzan, Xinqiu and Layla. You can also do taser with Beidou instead of Layla, with Heizou's NA applying and swirling the hydro and electro

I'm glad I was able to get C6 😭 I run her with Noblesse and Fading Twilight, she has 200% ER and luckily I have no problems having a good uptime on her burst! I ran her with Wanderer, Xingqui and Diona. I have Diona on the Exile set though. I find it more useful to have better ER for the team then a bit of extra healing that I wouldn't really need from the Maiden Beloved set. I also have Diona with Favonius instead of Faruzan and it still works really wonderfully

I do not quite understand why some of the teams like with Fischl, would work for Wanderer but not for Heizou. I was thinking of a Heizou, Faruzan, Fischl, Nahida (maybe Yaoyao) aggravate team.
Heizou definitely can work for those teams! I just wanted to highlight that Heizou needs a little more support than Wanderer to get to the same levels of DPS. Nothing wrong with running Heizou taser with Xingqiu + Fischl, but you might be better off ditching Faruzan for more survivability or other staple electro-charged units like Sucrose/Kazuha.
Also, you might need an electro healer for that aggravate team 😆

@NLwino xingqiu, nahida, kuki, heizou worked really well for me. Things died too fast. Unfortunately Wanderer didn't work that well subbing for heizou
How much anemo damage bonus does Faruzan give with her burst at level 8-10?
Sacrificial bow has higher base attack. Wouldn't this be better suited due to her passives?
He already said in the video, just a small nice bonus, not your focal point. Sacrificial bow make you feel the need to play Faruzan longer on field, which take up more field time of your main dps

well this might paint me as an idiot, but isn't one way to build the silly puzzle woman to have Atk% on the goblet and circlet? It sets her up to take that flat dmg increase to the Moon, and with the way I'm using her, I don't want her dealing much damage unless I'm swapping artifacts around to meme on people

I don't have Wanderer or Faruzan. However I've heard we get a free Faruzan in 3.6. I might just get her to have her as I'm still farming the Crimson Witch domain to get some better pieces since I don't have enough artifacts for the strongbox.

WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MINDS decided to give her 80 cost burst and almost no way to generate solid energy for herself.
I lost my 50/50 to Jean but after 29 pity I managed to get Wanderer and Faruzan to C4. Do you think that I could run Wanderer, Faruzan, Jean and Bennet. I’m thinking about getting my Faruzan all the way to C6 to make the team work.
It's kinda strange, I don't get the point in using Jean, 'cause although she swirl pyro, it doesn't really matter 'cause there's no real Pyro Off Field dps, unless you have her C6, in that case, okay.
Btw the team works really fine with Faruzan at C4, if you want her C6, it's great and you won't regret it, but it's not necessary

i don't have Bennett so i used kuki for healer sub dps, my team comp is (wanderer, faruzan, xingqiu, kuki)
i had to give her 300er with elegy for burst to be up against multiple enemies, against boss its 50/50 sometimes it's enough, sometimes it's not.
Got her c3 while pulling for Scara, sadly no Scara but Tighnari. Then got her c4 from a random standart single pull.
So now i have double-cryo (Layla+Rosaria) hypercarry c5 Sucrose (scara-set + skyward atlas), kinda not bad actually. Faruzan got Sucrose's anemo EM set. Really waiting for her rerun and I literally need to get her 1 more time since we'll get her for free in 3.6

Im currently using my scara with faruzan, layla and bennett, i dont know if i should put someone other than layla though? I'm wondering if Thoma or any other shielder would be better?
Layla + Bennet means you're getting both the pyro and cryo infusion, and layla also generates energy while her shield is up. Switching Layla for Thoma would offer nothing besides pyro resonance, but the Wanderer's pyro absorption already buffs his atk and 20% cr is just much more helpful. Thoma's c6 does give a small NA buff, but Layla is still a better fit.

@@whywefever156 Of course, no problem! You're gonna need to use Layla and Bennett's skills to apply the pyro and cryo respectively, and each to a different enemy. Otherwise, you'll pocc melt, consuming the auras. Bennett's burst applies pyro to the character inside the circle too, so you can make use of that to absorb that pyro without having to hit an enemy. However, you still have to make sure there's an enemy nearby affected by cryo that will get hit by the wanderer's skill.
@@whywefever156 So, either use bennett's burst to affect yourself with pyro and then use laylas skill to apply cryo to an enemy, or use Layla's skill first and then Bennett's skill on a different enemy, which is easier to aim.

lvl 90 is worth it because she can get a higher base atk for buffing your anemo unit(s)
Level 90 will offer a bigger buff for your anemo dps, since her buff scales off base atk, but it may not be a priority if you have other characters to level (like EM anemos, who want a higher level for more swirl damage). Besides, her ascension stat is atk%, which won't benefit her significantly with the increase.
@Rebeca Samuelson Jiménez many people get it wrong by stacking atk% but the buff is only off her base attack. In that case it's better to stack ER and Crit for the fav bow

You might get more value with Emblem of Severed Fate, as you're not shredding any elements with that team.
