One of the things I love about Sam is that he's not afraid to fuck up on camera. I mean, he didn't this time, but plenty of his videos feature him screwing something up, forgetting stuff, whatever. I like that he leaves that stuff in, because it shows the people watching that it's OK to make mistakes and everybody makes mistakes sometimes.

When I lived in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont, you could get Poutine anywhere. Beef gravy and squeaky sharp cheddar curds. Can't find it here in the Pittsburgh area, though. Can't find cheese curds, either. They don't know what they're missing.

We sadly don't have Poutine in Germany, but there is the "Döner Box", a deconstructed Kebab on top of fries in a cardboard container that is magically larger on the inside. It's amazing if you're a fast eater, so it's usually Lahmacun for me.
Also, Kopfsalat would mean butterhead lettuce, the polar opposite to Eisbergsalat.

For the sauce use. It's spot on.
    1/2 cup quality mayonnaise
2 tablespoons dill pickle relish (you can also use sweet pickle relish and omit the granulated sugar)
    1 tablespoon finely minced onion
2 tablespoons natural ketchup or barbecue sauce , optional for a different flavor variation
    2 teaspoons yellow mustard
    1 teaspoon white vinegar

The only issue I have with this is the cheese. Might be because I came from Canadian grandparents, but that’s not really cheese curds for poutine. You need the "real" curds that we often call "squeaky cheese". It’s a must for poutine
